I like a brgain with all the trimmings. Killead air lodge was exactly that!

Recommend this service. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Free coffee and tea was on hand which was appreciated at 4:00a.m. on a cold dark morning. The staff loaded and unloaded our luggage and, on the return journey, the courtesy bus picked us up within 5 minutes of our telephone call. At virtually half the cost of the airport parking, we will certainly use them again. The only minor down side was, on our return, the tyres of our vehicle had mud caked on them which we assumed came from where the vehicle had been parked. Perhaps the staff could have a power hose on hand to wash this off before the owners returned.

The driver was warming the minibus on our arrival and car was parked up before we left. On our return minibus came as soon as we called and car was parked in forecourt ready for us. My only complaint would be that the driver didn't let us onto the bus and there was nowhere to wait and as it was early morning it was quite cold. A couple of chairs in the office would be helpful but otherwise 100% happy with the service.

Found the price really competitive and it took less than ten minutes to get to the airport

good banter with the lads there and i decided to stay away few more days simple phone call to the girl in the office and it was sorted ,came back late on a thursday night my car was washed and ready to go no waiting around i would fully recomend Killead Air Lodge Parking.

From start to finish, the service the Kilead Lodge gave was very good. There was no real time spent waiting on the bus either that their offices or the airport and because it was prepaid the there was no real time spent at checkin. V good value for money.

Transfers to and from the airport were very punctual. Bus driver was very helpful and the counter staff pleasant. Overall it was great value for money and a good experience.

I would use the facility again. The person who took us to the airport in a black taxi was very helpful as we had a wheelchair. The man on the way back didn't speak at all. It was good value for money but the car was rather dirty when we got it back as if parked somewhere mucky, lots of other cars were the same. Overall I couldn't complain about value for money.

easy to find. very good value all round. speedy delivery to airport and prompt pick-up again.

We arrived back at the airport on time and tried to ring the office for pickup but could not get through, there was a message to say answering machine was full try again later. Tried mobile number same message came up. We were kept waiting at bus pickup for 45 mims. It was a disgrace at 11.30 pm as we had an onward journey of 1hr 15mins. Sorry but we won't be using Killead again.

Car must have been parked in a muddy field due to the dirt under the wheel arches and the grass left inside which had to be vacuumed at home.

Waited too long to be taken and collected from airport. Waited about 20mins to be taken to airport and about 20 mins to be collected, in the time we were waited to be collected 3 McCausland buses collected their passengers.

Although I found it a bit difficult to find (could be better sign posted from Airport Road) once there, I found the whole operation ran very smoothly and the staff where incredibly helpful. On the way back our flight was delayed for 5 hours so what a delight to be greeted at the airport by a very friendly and sympathetic man offering to take our luggage and transport us as quickly as possible back to our car. Thank you Killead Air Lodge we will be using you again!!

We allways use Killead parking when going on holidays.Book online.go to killead, book in,jump into transfer bus,straight to airport,no fussing about. On return ,transfer bus to carpark,pick up keys, home. This is how it shoud be done.Keep it up.

A very efficient service with friendly staff.Fast transport to airport. The wait at the airport on return seemed a bit long - particularly in cold wind. The shelter could do with a seat!

Found the staff very friendly. The service was very prompt and the transfer to airport only took about 5 mins. On return transfer bus was waiting at pickup point. Would definitely use again.

Good all-round experience. Staff could have been more friendly, but ok. On return from holiday we phoned Killead straight away but no bus was in the pick-up area when we arrived after picking up our bags. It took 2 'phone calls and 15 minutes before a bus arrived, and it was filled up so obviously other passengers were also having to wait.

When I arrived, everything was ready, I just left my car keys and straight unto the mini bus. Comming back was the same, just one phone call and about a 15 mimute wait, car was ready, just had to pick up my keys which where waiting at front counter, and away home, no problems.

Service was very goodvalue for money. Coach transfers were very prompt and cases put on and taken off caoch for us. Car was ready and waitng when we came back. The £2 fee was a bit unusual and perhaps could have been put into the fee but the idea of letting customers know that it is a fee paid to the airport is a very fair one indeed and the company are quite right to pass it onto customers and let them know it is not the car park benefitting from this charge. I foolishly booked car in for the wrong time but had no problem at all gettin gthis changed when I phoned. Iwas unable to make the change online because the lind was broken but that was no problem. We are gong to use the park again for our next flight, its already booked!
