On several occasions when I used killead they had my car started for me when I came back they have stopped this for some reason. But no bother

Killead Air Lodge Parking provided an excellent service. No delays in drop off or pick up. Best value for money and I would recommend and will use again.

Room for improvement but at the competitive price,it would be a little unfair to criticise.

We nearly always use Killead Lodge to park our car when going on holiday. The price is so much less than the other main car parks and we have never had any problem. Our car is always waiting for us. Just ring when you have your suitcases and they are usually there for you within a few minutes. No hassle at all.

hard to find, got us to airport ok but had to wait over half hour after we phoned after landing to be picked up, prices with other closer carparks are to competitive to use their services again

No one was at the office on our arrival. On our return which was delayed by Easyjet we found we could not make contact with Killead despite using both published phone numbers for at least 8 minutes. This only added to our frustration( caused by the flight delaay).This poor service was not what we expected from a business which seems to be "running on empty"

We were more than happy with the service we received from Killead car park, there was no waiting about to take us to the airport and collection from the airport, on both occasions a bus was waiting to transfer us. Will definitely use this car park again.

Good service. Very prompt pick up. Happy to use again but ensure you are sure of its exact location.

I think it would be most helpful if the transfer coach was waiting for customers on their return as they have the flight information.Instead customers have to remember to ring Killead. This is ok if you have the number which I didn't remember to note on an earlier flight back in May with the result I was waiting for a long time until I found the telephone number.

I found Killead Air Lodge Parking to be a very well-run facility. The staff are helpful and polite and everything is ready and waiting for you on your return which is excellent as the last thing one wants is to have to dilly dally around when you want to get home as quickly as possible.

Landed in the yard and met the man who transferred us to the airport chatted away in the van over lovely man very well mannered and plesent . Dropped us off right at the door and helped with the baggage. Wished us a lovely holiday aswell . On the way home we rang to be collected and less than 5 minutes later we where collected and on route to get the cars again . Cars parked safely and not touched while I was away . Highly recommend and will us very holiday from now on

Once again parking at killead was smooth and the staff were super efficient..

Have use this park before and will do again. Everything went as we expected going out and on return. Had car washed for £4.00 where else would you get it. Great service all round.

We've used Killead Air Parking Lodge on most occasions that we use the International Airport and it takes all the worry out of the process. You know you will be delivered promptly to your terminal and at the end of an exhausting trip, the collection bus will be there for you promptly. At under £30 for a weeks secure parking and transfers it represents great value for money.

Used this carpark before and will use it again, for the price it is the best around the airport. Very quick to and from airport, would reccommend to friends and family.

Very easy to book car taken from us quick transfer every time we use and the staff were great

It was a great service, it was easy to find the lodge and the transfers were quick. I called them after I got of the plane and they picked me up quickly. The staff are really friendly and the process is quick and easy.

We use them regularly they always tke good care of us and there might be cheaper alternatives but we are happy to use Killead Air Lodge every time.

Reasonably priced, efficient, courteous staff - what else could you ask for? Definitely use next time as we have done in the past .
