I swiped the credit card used to make the booking to gain access to and to exit the car park BUT the sysem did not recognise the pre paid booking and I was charged £60.50. The attendant said this was because his system showed my booking in the SILVER car park not the long term car park. Airport Parking have promised to credit the £60.50 to my CC.

The credit card entry wasn't working so I had to park and go to the booth on my exit. Unfortunately, several other cars were doing the same thing causing a little exit jam. I didn't use the bus transfer as the car park was so close to the terminal and this is a big plus. I will be flying from Bristol again in 3 weeks and will use the car park again, but the price is steeper than any other UK airport I've used in the last 12 months (including Heathrow).

Access to parking was easy and clearly signed, terminal was near, exiting car park was quick and easy, therefore minimal time was added to my journey time.

Only had to insert payment card into barrier at entry and exit- no contact with staff and no queue. Can walk to terminal; only downside was rough muddy surface.

Arrived at the terminal at 1.30AM from Venice so was a litte tired etc. A bus was waiting to take us to the Long Term Car Park and the friendly driver dropped us off not at the nearest bus stop but actually where our car was parked!! At the exit office I showed my e-mail receipt from Simply Parking and we were on the road within 1 minute. Great service and we will definitely be using you for our next holiday parking,.

Excellent for distance from terminal, about 500 metres and was able to wheel my case on arrival as it was within daylight hours. Returned at night, coach to carpark waiting, took me directly to my car. I felt very safe and my ticket was validated promptly at the exit. Would recommend this car park despite it being rather pricey....cost nearly as much as my flight!

The Long Term car park was well signposted, hence very easy to find. Once we had found a space we discovered that the terminal was very close by, but it was not very obvious to us where the walkways were to take us to the terminal. On our return we were unsure as to where the staff were but on driving in the direction of the exit we found a very pleasant and helpful young man, to whom we handed our paperwork and we were then able to leave. Overall a very easy way to ensure parking in a very convenient location to Bristol airport.

The system and operation of the car parking was great. The only issue I would have is that there are a number of areas which need repair and have done for a while. Thus reducing the number of spaces.

Been to Bristol long term car park before. Did not need transfers at all as close enough to the terminal bulding to pull suitcases or push trolley on return. Makes for a fast efficient getaway. Thanks.

Car park is user friendly and secure. My only concern was the wait for transfer back to the car after landing at 11pm on a cold and wet night. However, I would have no hesitation in using the car park again or recommending it to others. Good value for money.

Very easy to find, good directions given. Good idea to make a note of where car is parked as the site is very large. Transfer to and from terminal building was good. Will certainly book again as it was good value for money.

Not a great deal to say, really; I booked the service the day before I flew, got to the carpark, found a space without difficulty, walked to the terminal (i.e no need for a transfer), and when I got back walked back to the car and was let through the barrier quickly and politely.

It was so easy to book in advance and gave a good discount on top. Why would anyone not do it?

If booked ahead, online parking at Bristol airport is cheaper. Book as far in advance as you can to benefit. Because the long stay car park is so big, remember to note down which zone and row you parked. A good idea is to tie something on the arial of your car so that you can recognise it! Luckily I did all of the above this time!

The proximity of the car park compared with say the "Silver" (I may have the name slightly wrong) facility was very good, we will not use the alternative Silver parking arrangement ever again. We will howver use and recommend this facility. This is however a very competitive market with several companies offering "me too" product / services, one must keep it's eye on the ball with prices.

Directed by a sign to space at the extreme end of car park, when plenty was available in front of the terminal...had to drive the wrong way to find it though...not very helpful!! No attendants seen to ask.

We were able to park within a couple of hundred yards of the departures teminal and as we had no large suitcases we did not have to wait for a shuttle bus.

With the car park so close to the airport we were able to walk across rather than the need to wait for a transfer and found the whole facility to be very good.
