We arrived and forgot the instructions, but the system still worked. Glad we used it and will do so again.

Very easy to book, find and use. A very short walk to departures and smooth departure. Good value for a weekend trip. Liked being on the airport when cutting margins fine on time in airport

The parking facility is on the airport site and just two minutes walk to the departure/arrivals hall, ensuring a speedy arrival and quick get away.

Hassle free parking , from no. plate recognition on entry to ease of parking so close to the terminal building to exiting. will use this service again!

Easy to use on-line booking. Texts sent as reminders include update on local traffic. Friendly check-in. No waits for bus transfer to and from terminal.

Only complaint is the imposition of a 1£ charge just to drop off (and another 1£ to pick up) a disabled traveller and luggage in the drop off zone. This is a money grabbing liberty on the part of the Airport Authorities.

We didn't see any staff so can't comment on that. Car park wad close, barrier worked, walking distance to terminal. No problems.

Excellent, booked only 4 hours before departure and it all worked very smoothly. Easy to walk to terminal, no transfers needed which is a real bonus!

Some difficulty in following signs and finding available signs but otherwise very easy to park

The entrance was easy and the APNR camera identified my car, showing its number on the ticket. I followed the sign for available spaces, but foolishly chose a space under a hawthorn tree, so on my return the car was covered in sticky secretions from the tree, its fruit and the many birds that roosted in it. A valuable lesson learned! Exit was trouble-free, though the white lines and arrows in the main car park area need repainting.

The long stay car park has a very poor surface and it makes pulling suitcases difficult. The airport claim it is walking distance to the terminal. I disagree, especially if it is raining, and the shuttle bus service is infrequent. An expensive experience that offers poor value for money.

Can be a long walk to the terminal over poor surfaces. No dedicated walkways in the parking itself. Access from bus stops to car park rows not direct in our case. Had to walk around the block to our car. Seemed expensive for 5 days (paid the same rate as for 8 days I think). Needs a significant makeover in my opinion. I'll use Bristol Long Term again because there isn't much alternative that's likely to be any better, but I can't give it a good rating.

Can't really answer regarding parking staff as the excellent number plate recognition system worked perfectly meaning I had no reason to have contact with anyone. I would have no hesitation in using this car park next time I use Bristol Airport.

This car park is very close to the terminal so you can walk from and to the car. It is well signposted, illuminated and the pre paid option means quick, simple and hassle free entry and exit. Not the cheapest option but the most convenient.

The spaces were too narrow, and the access roads were too narrow, so it was extremely difficult to park. The surface was uneven and very muddy. We had to step out onto puddles and pull our suitcases through the mud, which was not ideal when wearing brand new holiday sandals. The barrier misread the numberplate, but the operator was very helpful and friendly.

Airport carpark was within walking distace to the terminal. However, the surface was not all tarmacked, this proved difficult when trying to drag cases through the gravel. there was also a lack of pedestrianised area to be able to cut through the car park.

Parking and process was as promised at time of booking. Never needed to see an attendant. Take a ticket, drive in, and on return drive out - all with camera recognition. I didn't use the coach transfer as walk was not far. Car park fairly full but found something and all good on my return.

The car park was very easy to locate and was a 2 minute walk from the departures terminal. Although the number plate registration machine did not work, we simply went the the 24hr manned office by the exit barrier upon leaving with our booking confirmation and the ticket was validated in seconds... the on-site parking was about £10 more than the alternative car parks off-site, but I think that is worth it for ease finding the car park and leaving without having to call for transfers.

Bristol is aweful to get to, but the car parking was excellent - couldnt believe we landed at 11.20 pm - got our baggage and walked to the car park, was in the car at 11.40 and on the road having left the car park with no problems at 11.45 !! couldnt have been better and was well worth the extra money over the silver parking
