Staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is very convenient to the airport. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definately use again.

The car parking is very easy, and the staff always helpful and friendly. Very near to the airport departure area and quick to get away on return. No searching for the car in a huge car park! Will continue to use Prestige whenever possible.

From leaving your car at the reception to picking your car up was a very smooth and efficient service.Fully recommend Prestige Parking and would have no hesitation in using them again... I hope there's one at Manchester Airport?

The car park was situated close to departures with no need for bus transfer, and easy to find. The staff were efficient and helpful and ensured a stress free start to the holiday.

Only a 5min walk to and from terminal building.The car park was quiet so we did not have to wait at all to check in or retrieve our car, plain sailing.We thought this much better than waiting for a transfer bus each way.

Only thing is, I booked my parking in the morning and in the evening when I went to check in they had no record of it. Still, it wasn't an issue for the staff, they just took my details down and manually entered it, so come on... sort it out for next time! Still a happy customer.

Found the premises, five oclock in the morning,in the dark without any problems using the directions supplied .The staff were helpful and polite.The walk to the airport isn't to far but in bad weather i think an umberela would be in order.I would use them again.

The big advantage of Prestige Parking at East Midlands is that you just pull up, get ypur bags out, hand over the keys and take the receipt and the rest is done for you. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the airport and on return the car is ready and waiting. I have used Prestige a number of times and always been pleased with the service. Even I can't fail to find the car on return! We travel with friends who also were very impressed and said that they would use the service next time, especially as the price is very reasonable.

Car park was very close to the airport departure hall, Check in was good ,just park up out side the Reception ,hand in your keys and walk the short Distance to the departure hall. On collection my car was waiting close to the car park reception Invade used many airport carparks on and off airport perimeters , this is one Of the best , car park surface is tarmacadamed and it really is Only a 3 - 5 minute walk to the departure hall.

Although this was the first time I had driven to East Midlands Airport I found the car park was reasonably easy to find,the staff when we got there were very good at seeing to us quickly and very helpful in showing us the way to the terminal. On our return the staff were equally as good in directing us to our car and showing us the way out. All in all this was a really stress free experience which really enhanced our holiday. Not bad, shame we got soaking wet walking from airport to car on return to this rainy country. Otherwise, seemed ok

Staff very good. Parking seems to be secure. The camber of the footway from the park to the terminal seems to be wrong and made it difficult to handle a trolley at times. But within walking distance and no need for vehicular transfer.

It was easy, no hunting for a parking space. It was quick, hand over the car keys and collect receipt, they park the car, and it is close to the departure terminal, no waiting for a bus, only a two minute walk.

much simpler than getting someone to take us and pick us up very simple to use turn up hand in the keys walk to departure they even park up your car and have it ready for you when returning..good value for money and simple to use.we were very happy with the service..............

The site was easy to find and the staff extremely polite and professional. Everything went very smoothly,I would definitely use again and reccommend to others.

So very convenient, with it being right at the side of departures, no need to use bus service, second to none, at east midland airport.

Easy to follow walk lines from car park to terminal - very convenient especially when you have a 2 year old child.
