Well sign posted ,plenty of car parking spaces,easy entrance and exit procedure,very frequent collection and drop off buses. We will use the service again as we were very impressed.

After reading the reviews i made sure I had the right card before we got to the carpark in the hope we would get it right but On arrival at barrier made sure i put correct debit card in as per instructions, barrier didnt open! ticket button continued to flash and gave us ticket but still didnt open then pressed help button transfer driver arrived and open barrier for us and told us to take our reciept, ticket and debit card to information point and they would issue us with a get out of carpark ticket. It is very confusing there is no clear instructions as to what to do if barrier doesnt open i think they need to get this sorted, other than that the carpark felt very safe as the driver of the transfer bus is constantly going round.

Car park easy to find, short distance from airport. Bus at car park stop when we arrived and waited until we unloaded our cases. Dropped off outside front doors. On return bus at shelter when we came out. Quick, easy and cheap. Highly recommed.

WE HAVE USED SHORT AND LONG TERM CAR PARKING AT LEEDS/BRADFORD AIRPORT MANY TIMES, AND WE HAVE ALWAYS FOUND IT VERY EFFECIENT, KEPT IN GOOD ORDER AND THE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVERS TO BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE WILL USE THE CAR PARKING IN THE FUTURE AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FRIENDS. THANKYOU

Good parking, close to terminal. Instant transfer both ways. Easy to find.

This car park is easy to find and has plenty of spaces. Transfers to the airport were problem free and we were waiting little over a few minutes for the bus to pick us up. Another advantage to this car park is you don't have to leave your keys which was one of the main reasons why I choose it. Suming up I would have no hesitation to park here next time i fly.

Car parking facilities spot on, tarmac smooth, bays well marked,lighting good, bus stops clean and provide good shelter. Buses clean and regular, staff helpful. In summary: Excellent.

We found it difficult to find a parking space - parts of the long stay car park seemed to be closed off and out of use. Luckily we had left plenty of time before our flight!

the facility was very good but the value for money was a bit poor the same stay at same at liverpool and east mids was cheaper leeds bradford was the dearest

This method of booking car parks and hotels is a very good option. I rarely use any other now

Did not see anyone in attendance on carpark 1 on entering or leaving. It was my first experience of airport parking so I did not know what to expect. I did'nt have more than 5 minutes to wait for the shuttle either way and found everything straight forward. Won't hesitate to use the service again should the need occur. Thank you. N Middleton

Easy to find location, good standard of security, prompt and punctual coaches that were clean and driven by extremely friendly staff

However, was overcharged by £41.50 As paid on line and have had to claim back the money already paid... watch out for this as it just flashes up on the screen as you leave the car park after entering your card and if you dont catch it you might miss being overcharged. Long wait for your money back too, have been waiting two weeks and another two weeks before it comes back onto my account.

after a very tiring trip i was pleased to find your staff exceptional , my wife and i were exhausted and the staff were polite and outstanding in their professional capacity, again many thanks ,i shall recommend your service to all i know visit that airpark yours sincerely mike and mac.

The whole process was very easy to book and we got what we were told we would get at the car park itself. Easy access, very well lit area and transfer buses were very punctual and drivers courteous and proffesional. All in all i will use this service again next time we fly from LBA and would recommend this service to other airport users. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

We were appalled at having to wait for over twenty minutes for a bus. And then when it arrived, it was over subscribed. Just not good enough, considering the huge price charged to leave one's car

Well sign posted, very clean and convinent carpark with punctual courtsey bus. Bus driver helpful with direction as to entrance of airport ect. We will be using this carpark again.

Easy to find with directions on website. Dont know about bus transfers(how long you have to wait) because we got straight on a bus when we got there and when we returned. Driver a bit fast, cases flying all over and prams left in aisle on bus making it awkward to get off. Probably could have been a bit cheaper. Cannot comment onthe staff as we never came into contact with anyone except the driver, who drove a bit to quickly.

Wouldn't accept my card which was a bit frustrating, even though it was the right one. Girl on intercom was helpful but had to go and get my ticket sorted out on return, not a lot of fun at 2 in the morning, but at least the staff were friendly and efficient.
