the old watsons was was far superior staff were there to meet you, they knew your name and service was slick. When you now arrive at the new park you have no idea what to do you sit at the barrier, the men in the portacabin dont answer the buzzer and you then have to walk accross to ask what to do it seems up to the bus driver to direct you to where to park.The only thing that seems the same is the bus service with friendly helpful drivers, Also more expensive than it used to be, but a much poorer service

Anyone could use this car park without paying as they lifted the barrier on the way in and out without asking for any proof or confirmation that I was booked into the car par. I know they are upgrading their system but they didnt seem too bothered about that security aspect.

i will use your car park again,but had to wait 20mins for the bus on my return..

Drove in, parked next to front gate as advised by staff, bus took us straight away we were at airport 20 mins after we parked our car! Would definatley recommend and use again

No Problems what so ever . Bus was available straight away did not need to wait and also Bus was waiting on our return journey.

Park was a little tricky to find - had to ask local resident for directions. No postcode given for sat nav. Once there it was easy to park and the bus left almost immediately for the airport. Short walk between bus stop and airport terminal, luggage trollies available next to bus stop. Bus waiting on our return. Good value- will use again.

Would use Watsons Ayr Park again, online booking easy, friendly staff, easy parking and punctual helpful bus driver.

easy to find car park not far from the airport...only had to wait a few minutes for the transfer bus, in both directions..large bus where you carry on your own luggage, but the driver helped my wife with her bag...I'd use it again.

i would recomend watsons to my family and friends and anyone else. when we came out the airport the bus was there, we are very pleased with them.

On arrival, as soon as staff realised my mother was disabled they could not have done more for us. The bus driver picked us up direct from our car door and at Prestwick he immediately obtained an airport wheelchair and took my mother straight into the terminal building at which point airport assistance took over. On our return a different driver went out of his way to be helpful and dropped us off right beside our car after dropping everyone else off first.

We were held up in a very lengthy traffic jam en route and so were pushing our luck to make it on time. We called the main number given at time of booking and we were then given the direct number for the car park. The staff on duty and the bus driver went out of their way to have everything ready for a speedy signing in, pick up, and journey to the airport. We made it by seconds!

Excellent facility at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use Watsons Ayr Park next time I fly from Prestwick.

Very punctual and value for money. A valet service would be a good addition.

We booked the car in and made a mistake with the dates, this was quickly rectified by friendly staff. The park is well laid out with individually nubered bays, we were collected at our car by bus and delivered back to our car on our return. If only every other park was as good as Watsons. First class service

We were taken to the terminal straight away after parking even though there was only 2 of us. The coach trip tookless than 10 minutes. We waited only 10 minutes at the same stop for the return journey.

We arrived and found that the parking place we had been allocated was close to the front gate . We were picked up within a minute and were at the airport within 10 minutes. On return we found that Watson's bus was waiting at the halt and we were in our car and on our way home within 10 minutes of boarding the bus . All in all the service was excellent.

Transfers quick, get to keep your own car keys and are picked up and dropped off right by your car. Car park secure and well staffed.

Watsons Ayr Park was easy to find and to use. We encountered no problems in locating or using the park. Our car was safe and sound on our return and we were dropped off the coach less than 30yds away!

We were very pleased with the service given by Watsons Ayr Park. We were running a bit late when we arrived at the park, but the transfer bus arrived at our parking place 5 seconds after us and took us directly to the terminal building - ensuring we did not miss our flight. On our return the bus was waiting at the bus stop as arranged so we had no waiting time at all. Great Service
