We were allocated a room, smoking as requested, walked for miles to get to the room only to find someone in occupation who, understandibly was very irate to be disturbed. Trundled back to reception and reallocated a non-smoking room that had obviously seen better days! The parking seemed very random with no security whatsoever in place. No walls around the car park and the barriers permanently open - in fact I went in and out several times with the car without question.
