- The restaurant is closed on Christmas Day.
- Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed and 1 single bed, or 3 single beds.
- Family rooms will be one room sleeping a maximum of four people. They consist of either 4 single beds, 2 double beds, or 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Transfers to Bristol Airport
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, by request, and cost £4.00 per person each way (children travel free with each paying adult). The hotel will confirm exact arrangements at check-in.

Parking Arrangements
Parking package includes parking on-site at the hotel unless stated at the time of booking. Extra days are charged at £3.00 per day or part day.

Rooms basic but adequate for 1 night stay before holiday. Beds not very comfortable. Did not have dinner or breakfast so cannot comment on those. Quick transfer to airport and picked up within 10 minutes of calling. Would use again.
Stress free, efficient, safe and cheap holiday parking. Polite and friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It's not the Ritz, but it's great in terms of cleanliness and has everything you need. Perfect start to a holiday
Dinner service not too good, but probably due to large party booked for meal. Would eat here again if staying in the Winter -if staying in the Summer, would look for local "hostelry"
This is the 2nd time of staying here and the service was excellent again. the receptionist were more than helpfull.It just makes the start to or your holiday less stressfull,, knowing that you have not got to make a mad dash to the airport on the day of flying. The courier service was on time both ways and again, very helpfull.
Better sound-proofing is needed for the bedrooms. We had noisy neighbours above and to one side. It wasn't till 1.30 that they quietened down. This rather marred the whole point of having overnight accommodation.

Second time we had used Town and Country. Everything was very efficient. Breakfast in a box provided for early flight. Only bad comment would be that the bathroom, although clean, is looking a bit 'tired'.
The reception staff were very helpful. As we were departing before breakfast we were given a breakfast box with muffin, juice, cereal bar etc. very nice. The transport to and from the airport was very smooth and easy. Will definitely stay there again if I need to leave early from Bristol Airport.
Overall the service was good, however on arrival NO heating was on and room very cold for some considerable time. As we had an early start again NO HEATING.
