transfers to East Midlands Airport

Transfers operate 24 hours a day, by request, and take approximately 5 minutes. Flight numbers and times must be given to the hotel upon check-in. For service from the airport, guests should phone the hotel after collecting their luggage.
A transfer charge of £3.50 per journey, per passenger is chargeable (i.e. £7.00 per person for the outgoing and return transfer). Children under 18 years are exempt from this charge.

This is a very clean friendly hotel,with excellent bar/meal service.The hotel rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The transfer service is second to none,with your car keys waiting for you when you arrive back at the hotel.The pick up from the airport is quick and with no fuss or worry needed.

Very annoyed to be charged for the trip to the airport for the 4 of us - if I'd booked direct with the hotel this would have been free. Therefore your website MUST make this clear. I shall book direct with the hotel or another provider next time.

Our car was broken into whilst we were away and although nothing was stolen the lock was broken and we now have to pay to have it fixed. I don't think that the security at the hotel is as good as it should be. We also had to pay £10 for the airport transfer which we were not aware of as we did not have to pay this last time we stayed there. I don't think we will use this hotel again. The Thistle Hotel is cheaper because airport transfer is free.

This is the third time we have stayed at The Whitehouse, Kegworth and each time the stay has been very enjoyable. The hotel and staff are very good and we couldn't fault the stay at all.

Car park full not enough bays to number of rooms so many seemed disabled but no parent and toddler.Car park was poorly lit up.We got charged for transfer to airport which appeared to be in the price for the hotel booking on line.The hotel is very clean and staff helpfull

We ordered a bottle of wine whilst perusing the menu, but this did not arrive until the start of the meal. It would have been nice to have a drink while we were waiting for our starter. Dining staff we felt needed a little more training in clearing tables and attention to detail. On the whole however, the dining experience was acceptable

Staff superb. Courteous, friendly and efficient. We honestly couldn't fault our experience in any way at all.Hotel quiet and we experienced no traffio noise. For early arrivals full use of the leisure facilities are available including pool. Everything worked like clockwork, including the free transport to and from the airport.Car parking excellent. In our view the hotel was superb value for money.

We were more than impressed with the Kegworth Whitehouse Hotel - doesn't look much from the outside but was very high standard inside. The staff could not do enough for us! We were delayed home from the Gambia by 24hrs but they were there to pick us up on time the next day. I would definitely recommend the hotel and parking which is secure, has CCTV and a security code before the cars can get past the barrier!
