"We stayed at the Best Western before flying from East Mids. The room was clean, modern and spacious and far exceeded my expectations ; offering a wide variety of beverages and bath robes to relax in. The transfer to the airport was at the exact time that we had requested , and arrived promptly on calling them from the airport on the return journey. On arriving back at the hotel, the bus driver dropped us right next to our car and carried our bags to the car for us! Faultless service!! Will definitely be flying from East Mids and staying here again!, rather than Birmingham which is our usual choice of airport."

"No space left to park at the hotel, had to park opposite side of road in a business car park. Was told to leave keys at reception and they would move car when space available, car was still in original space when we returned, even though there was room in the car park. Transfer to airport in taxi was ok. However on return told no shuttle bus service available, told to take a taxi. Trying to get a taxi at airport was virtually impossible, queues galore. Decided to walk back to hotel, a good 10 minute brisk walk, when we got back to hotel, shuttle bus was sat outside Reception. Good hotel for the money but the transfers let it down, probably be better off parking at the airport."

"Would definitely recommend this hotel for the hotel facilities,its comfort,cleanliness and especially for the ease of transfer to and from the hotel which was seamless.Staff very helpful efficient and accommodating."

"This is a very clean friendly hotel,with excellent bar/meal service.The hotel rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The transfer service is second to none,with your car keys waiting for you when you arrive back at the hotel.The pick up from the airport is quick and with no fuss or worry needed."

"We flew at 6.30am on a Monday moring. Wed ecided to stay teh Sunday night before we flew, this made the whole experience so much less stressful. The Hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the terminal. We ate in the bar area on the evening and the food was top quality if slightly expensive. I would recommend staying at this Hotel to anyone with a early flight. It added to our Holiday experience and will definately be returning later in the year when we go away again."

"Staying at Donington Park made the trip so stress free. The room was really comfortable. The only problem we had was initially finding the car park. The directions on the confirmation weren't very clear. It would have been much clearer had it said to turn right at the 2nd set of lights, omitting any reference to the first set."
