Excellent value for money as it included parking.The staff were friendly and helpful and the food and service very bood.The transfers to and from the airport were very efficient and the driver very courteous and helpful

Could not fault the hotel, food and puctuality of transfer, especially collection on return. This made the whole holiday a pleasure and we would compliment the hotel and services.

Very convenient Hotel for Airport actually walked back to Hotel rather than call the Mini Van , which would have come back but it was so close walking was no probelm.No lift so if bad at stairs stipulate downstairs room which will be no bother to staff who are helpful.

Generally OK. Continental breakfast available for us at 5.00am, everyone friendly but hotel badly needs an overhaul. We had paper peeling off in a number of places and bathroom joins/seals look as though they had years of maintenance.

Asked for & received non-smoking room but the room smelled strongly on stale smoke. This could have been dealt with as it was obvious. On the way out airport transfer excellent but on return we were left waiting in the freezing cold for 20 mins. (told to expect 10 mins)On returning from hot country with unsuitable clothing this resulted with my wife catching a cold.

Overall we had a great stay in the hotel the staff were extemely friendly and professional, all our needs were met with regard to rooms and the transfer service to and from the airport was seamless. One bit of advice would be to check out the bar menu before you book into the resturant it may be more what your looking for.

This hotel is so close to the airport and the coach shuttle service was excellent door to door service. Great for the kids not having to get up so early and great for the husband not having to lug the cases far which made it great for mum !

At every stage the staff of the hotel were courteous, helpful and friendly. My wife commented to me that she felt spoiled, so this was an excellent way to start our holiday - especially since the room-plus-parking package was such good value.

Well worth getting a night before you leave at the hotel and then you can leave your car for the holiday. Staff were very nice.
