Quality Hotel reviews

In my opinion the quality inn was not as good as a travelodge and it was considerably more expensive. The rooms were small and the walls were thin we could hear other rooms using their toilet - not very nice listening when lying in your bed. Would still book this hotel again if for an early morning flight.

I found Quality Hotel Edinburgh comfortable and clean. Parking had been easy with no problems. Restaurant service was very good, with a friendly atmosphere and good food.

We required a room and parking and as our flight the next morning was at 6am this situation suited us ideally... The hotel and facilities perfectly met our needs On leaving the hotel the bus service to pickup and drop off was prompt and courteous. The return coach pickup was slightly hazardous! The bus was there on arrival at coach park but there was a little confusion as the driver insisted we produce a 'ticket'? We were never given a ticket in the first instance but eventually he agreed to take us, we then got off at the hotel, picked up our car and made our way home... So all in all...Very happy with the deal

This hotel is decent and the 15 day parking deal is helpful. However the on site restaurant is truly horrid. The food is poor quality, the coffee worse, very expensive. Not value for money at all. Sadly there isn't any other choice nearby. I recommend it as a place to stay and park. But wait until you get to the airport for breakfast.

car found to have damage to wing on our return. Details about us taken by hotel staff but to date no word from hotel. Supossed to be secure parking!!!!

Be careful when booking this hotel. They don;t have enough secure parking spaces for you and one is not guaranteed. When I arrived I had to leave my car on the main road in front of the hotel and staff would move it into the secure parking area when a space became available. I wasn't told if this would be the next day or day five of my holiday. I wasn't happy leaving it on the main road not knowing where it would be on my return.

staff are helpful, efficient and courteous. We had an excellent stay and this will be our first choice of hotel at Edinburgh airport in the future. very good value for money

Good sized room, very clean. Helpful and friendly staff.Efficient transfer service.

The room was large, clean, well decorated and equipped. The dining room was very hospitable, with friendly and attentive staff. The meal was excellent, and reasonably priced. The hotel compared very favourably with more expensive hotels, and I would always now use it when in Edinburgh. I have recommended it to several friends.

Perfect location for the airport and I was really impressed with the bus service which picked us up at 5am and on return it was there, no wating. Excllent vaule for money
