When checking in we asked for a quite room. Room was at he beginning of a noisy corridor. Poor sound-proofing in room - could easily understand what was being said in the next room. Swimming pool was main reason for selecting hotel - but it was out-of-order. When checking-out I explained why I was disappointed, and was argued with and shown no sympathy.
