I am sorry hat Hainan airways does not allow checkin online, despite their assertions. Due to this We had to queue at he checki counter and can only stay one hour in he lounge.
Lounge itself is perfect.

We only had time for much needed shower. Bathroom products and shower clean and well stocked. Staff were neither helpful or pleasant banging on door after 1 minute in shower telling me I needed to finish. Strange experience.
