Despite the whole airport is under renovation it was possible to rest a bit in this lounge. The problem is that Schiphol has a limited number of options while waiting and the lounge is paying the consequences. However it is still the best option around.

Lounge has moved to new location. It's a bit of a trek via temporary corridors due to ongoing building work in the airport. Alcohol and soft drinks available. The choice of food is limited to soup, snacks etc.. free wifi available. TV area also present. Plenty of seats, some with plugs, though only continental type available. Lounge though is quiet, staff were very helpful. Clean and tidy. Screens show flight updates.

Area was comfortable and clean. However I was disappointed with the very limited selection of foodstuffs. I have been in other lounges where there are far better selections of food. I left the premises not onlybfeeling disappointed but also very hungry. Better value in other airport lounges.

The lounge was relaxed and comfortable with adequate facilities. The only negative point from my experience was the access to the lounge which was a lengthy walk through a damp and cold make-shift corridor.

The problem we had was to find the lounge because of the changes that are in course at Schiphol. The distance to the gate was also unusually long. Fortunately we had enough time to rest. In general the lounge was a good place to recover being in the middle of two intercontinental flights.

My assumption in making a reservation was that a place would be guaranteed in this lounge. Yet for much of the time, no seats were available and no places where a laptop could be plugged in.

The lounge was great and convenient for getting back to plane. only issue was round plugs (socket for using adaptor had a round casing around it so was impossible to put in a square adaptor! Very silly of them to make them all rounded for international travellers. Most standard adaptors are square. Happily I asked the front desk and they lent me one of their round adaptors in exchange for holding onto my boarding card. then all good.

Facilities were adequate, but overcrowded and it was difficult for my colleague and I to find two seats together. Food was startlingly mediocre and the wifi service was very slow. I would not pay this high a fee (25 pounds/40 USD) for an hour in a lounge of this low quality.

There are not a lot of options at AMS if you are not eligible for an airline lounge. This lounge is OK, but the food offerings are scant and miserly, and there is an additional charge to use the showers and an additional charge for internet access. It is very crowded at busy periods with few free seats. I took a shower and was glad I did, but the overall cost was high. Not great value for money.
