The lounge can be quite busy as lots of international flights leave around the same time. Be sure to allow plenty of time to go through security, the queues for passport control can be very long. Having said that we found 4 seats together and found the lounge quiet and comfortable. The choice of food is disappointing and limited but there are a wide range of drinks available.

Air conditioning not working, too crowded, selection of food very poor and internet connection not good. Would not use again apart from the need for a hot shower when you have an evening departure.

The lounge was comfy and clean. Food was good, could have had a little more choice but good quality. Toilets were lovely and also clean. The only hitch we had was that we booked online in South Africa but could not print the receipt out and arrived armed with a reference number and an I pad showing the e mail to confirm the booking. The lady at the desk said we had to send the receipt to her e mail address so that she could print it out. We thought in that case there was no need for a reference number. The lady was polite but rather abrupt and we didn't feel particularly welcome. It did not spoil it for us but maybe needs looking in to.

Floor had mess that had not been cleaned up. Very, very limited food availably (crisps and cakes). Very limited seating. Had a problem finding two seats together. Little or no atmosphere. Staff fitted in and out but not very attentive. But I suppose it was better than sitting in the discomfort of a departure lounge.

Even if its a domestic or long hall flight I will always use the lounges. You get piece and quiet, light refreshments and a large selection of drinks from hot to cold soft drinks to beers, spirits and even champagne. Televisions to catch up on the news and plenty of screens keeping you up to date with your flight details. If in doubt book it, you will never look back!

Lounge clean, tidy and comfortable. Food on offer was of a good standard and staff very helpful. Given Cape Town airport can get very busy this lounge helps you settle in to your journey fine. if you have been on holiday this is a lovely way to end it....recommend

It's a long walk to the lounge. It's at the far end of the departure area. It was very busy. It is also quite small and feels cramped. We found the last 2 easy chairs. Some people had to sit at a table on hard chairs. The food was okay but some had run out and was not replaced until I pointed it out. Knives and forks also ran out! The drinks were better but not exceptionally so. There is a separate are for Lufthansa customers. It was empty! Not the best lounge I have been in, not by a long way. Still, it's better than sitting in the departure are!

Very busy, could do with more sectioned areas for peace and quiet. Only cold foods on offer, along with crisps and nuts. Great to have shower facilities. Spotlessly clean. Defintely need to book in advance.
