Bidvest Premier Lounge serves International Departures Terminal. Airside - after Security, turn right & proceed straight to the end of the Duty Free Area. Take escalator just before 'Out of Africa' Shop up to the Mezzanine Level where Lounge is located in right hand corner. The Lounge is also accessible to pax departing on an international flight from Terminal B*

Very relaxing experience - wish this service and experience can be extended to the airplane itself !! Maybe you should think of offering training to the air hostesses on the planes to be as friendly and helpful as your staff in the lounges.

Having read some previous reviews I didn't have great expectations, however I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the lounge is. Plenty of seating and little corners to make your own space. Huge boardroom tables if you needed that. Large flat screen TV's to watch the latest cricket action(while we were there), and a fully stocked free bar and snacks. Food though simple, was continually replenished, with. Oth cold and hot options, savoury and sweet, and a vegetarian dish. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fresh juices on tap. Biscuits, cheeseboard, crisps. And best of all... Free Wifi! We had a great 3 hours in the lounge, and felt quite relaxed before our 11hr flight back to the UK.

The food and drink and the comfort of the lounge was very much to our liking and we shall use this facility again on our next trip

It was really nice to sit in a calm and tranquill environment during our wait rather than in the hussle of the main airport - well worth the money, would definately use again.

After a long wait for my next flight Bidvest was just what the docter orderd, a SPACIOUS lounch with good food,clean restrooms, and homely feeling to regain my "strength" to continue.

Our flight back to UK was delayed due to fog conditions at Heathrow - no problems for us to overstay in Bidvest Premier Lounge

It was not really worth the money. It was a place to wait for my flight without sitting amongst the crowds and being on my feet in duty free. If I had work to do I would have appreciated the lounge more. But I did not take my laptop on the trip.
