The customer service staff were excellent and very helpful as I had booked the wrong lounge they were able to contact the lounge that I had booked and transfer us to Sala lounge. The experience was very comfortable and relaxing and will definately book the lounge again.

There is not kinds of hot meals. The lounge has shower, I feel good, But Bath amenity costs 10.00Euro price. I think usually hounge's shower amenty is free. But PC desk use is free. It was helpful for me.

Enjoyed my stay in the lounge. I felt safe and comfortable. Ideal for a single lady travelling alone. The drinks and snacks were plentiful and nice relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent, the only draw back was the limited amount of flight data available (only one screen) but apart from that an excellent lounge.

This lounge appears to be quite new. Lovely leather seats. Quiet area with dimmed lighting which you could take a nap in. There is a shower as well. Great if you have a long connection after an international flight. Nice toilet facilities. Good drinks selection. Light refreshments to eat included crisps, nibbles and small sandwiches. Also lots of cake things. Not that thrilling but acceptable. Took me a short while to locate it as the signage is absolutely rubbish and the info staff sent me to the wrong place. Still, nice when I finally made it.
