The whole experience was a pleasure, the only slight aggravation was a little Japanese child who I would think was under two years old,nmskung a lot of noise and running around the lounge, his parents did nothing to stop him him bothering other passengers therefore I think a member of staff should have asked the parents to control him or leave the lounge. Other than that my party were very impressed, well done

The lounge had most things you'd expect. Snacks and drinks were tasty, seating very comfortable with plenty of appropriately placed tables. Nice view from the windows straight onto the airport.
A couple of things to improve on would be a choice of larger cups so those preferring an americano to an espresso could add hot water to individual taste. Also, the ladies toilet did not seem to be cleaned which was odd as we were some of the first guests to arrive.
On the whole, we would certainly use this lounge again.

I was told about booking these through a friend and thought I'd give it ago. Will defiantly be doing it again! was an amazing experience and so very cheap! the lounge was perfect have to complaints you have to give it a go!

Having been a travel agent most of my working life in the UK, and in fact owning an independent travel agency I have been fortunate in visiting a good number of VIP lounges in the past. We had 3 hours to 'kill' from around 08.00 in the morning, but apart from croissants and coffee there was nothing substantial offered. I asked if there were bocadillos available but was told that they would not be until 12 noon. As we were flying to the States a little more choice would have been welcome.

A shortage of glasses for drinks. Food not replenished quickly enough. Used glasses and crockery not cleared for long periods of time. A reasonably comfortable place to wait but nowhere near the comfort of airline lounges. Biggest problem we had was finding the place. Very poor signage.

Nice selection of food and beverages. Housekeeping staff was always busy cleaning off tables. Comfortable chairs and a selection of newspapers are available. I only had a few minutes, but the "rest lounge" looked like the perfect place to recover after an overnight flight from the States. Unfortunately Sala Miro' is in the international section of Terminal 1, so not available when you arrive from the States and are connecting to another flight within Spain.
