Enjoyed our visit but a shower facility would have been useful after a transatlantic flight. Reception at first appeared to be unaware of our booking and it took a little while to accept our paperwork from the booking agency. Choice of snacks fairly limited but good bar.Would book again.

nice quiet place to spend a few hours waiting for a flight. If you add up what you would spend on food and drinks at the airport I'm sure you will spend more than the entry price, and you can find a nice quiet and warm corner to sit and read. Will use this service again.

Lounge is in a lovely setting with beautiful views over the airport and beyond. There was lots going on outside the window on the airside to talk to the kids about and keep them amused although there were a lot of business travellers in there so we were conscious of excited children's noise levels!

I enjoyed the quiet and comfort of the Panorama Lounge. Having the use of the computers was excellent. The food was very pleasant, especially the chicken soup. No complaints at all. I would use this site again to book a lounge during my travels.
