It started off ok, but then quickly filled up with noisy small children who climbed over all the furniture and made lots of mess. It wasn't the relaxing start to our long flight to Australia as it was like a wacky warehouse. Shame the toilets are so far away as well.

The lounge was great including the staff, howver, to use any toilet facilities this was a problem. No faciities in the lounge and very easy to get lost once you left the lounge. You had to walk back as if you were going back to security. Not very6 good if you do not not have any problems with direction. I know of one customer that had to go to infrmation desk to return to the lounge,

I was shocked to discover that there were no toilet facilities in the lounge and was even more surprised to discover that there are no shower facilities in the whole airport, apart from the Emirates Business Class Lounge. After 17 hours flying, it would have been nice to relax in the lounge in comfortable seating and to have toilet facilities close at hand. Overall, I was very disappointed with the facilities compared to other airports around the world.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, although as the lounge was on a main corridor it was not as relaxing as it might have been. The furnishings were comfortable and the lounge staff were polite and helpful. Bottled water would have been a helpful addition to the drinks on offer.

THe lounge was excellent and the staff friendly but there could have been more attention to the time of day with regard to the food and drink available. We were there from 0700hours to 0900hours and a selection of small croissants or buttered toast with a wider range of fruit juices would have been really superb.

We found the lounge clean,staff friendly and helpful,plenty of variety of drinks,maybe a bigger selection of nibbles. Good selection of reading material but more comfortable seating rather than dining style tablesand chairs. We would certainly use again when at this airport.

I was unable to use your crappy lounge due to misleading information in your smallprint. I will definitely not use your services in the future and will encourage everyone i know to avoid your organisation like the plague.I bet you dont use these comments in future advertising.Signed one very unhappy customer.
