Servisair Lounge serves Terminal 1. Airside - after Security turn immediately left and then left again through the double doors. The Lounge is located on the right hand side and is only accessible for departures from the Main Terminal (NB: BA & Flybe depart from T2).

important information

The Penauille Servisair lounge only serves the main terminal (Terminal 1) and is not suitable for those travelling with B.A. or from Terminal 2. For security reasons, you are advised to remain with your luggage at all times. The Airport lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time. Screens are prominently displayed for flight information, but it is your responsibility to leave in time to catch your flight. Servisair lounge has a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expects suitable behaviour. Ticketed passengers only. Telephone calls and internet access are both subject to payment.

The lounge was excellent but the type of snacks I would like to see would be a sandwich or sausage rolls etc. After a long journey need more than the snacks provided.

We arrived at appx 1330 for a 1500 flight and were refused entry to the lounge. The staff told us that at this time of the day the lounge was always very busy and did not understand why the different companies kept on booking so many people to use it.

This is definately the way to start a holiday. A quiet, comfortable lounge with newspapers to read, snacks and drinks readily available. Well worth the small price you pay.
