Overall an OK experience, though not up to the standard of other airports for example Cardiff.

relaxing area enabled me to immediately relax before flight. Most drinks available but would like to see rose wine added to choice of red and white. Furniture comfordable and overall very good.Would definately recommend to others to use. Few extra nibbles could be added.

Unfortunately, due to horrific travel tailbacks on the route to the airport, the 15 minute wait for the shuttlebusand then huge queues for the Ryan Air ckeck In AND then Security, , we only had 20 minutes to get to the gate to board the plane even though we arrived at the airport 2 hours prior to departure. It was a horrific start to our holiday, one we had hoped to avoid by booking the peace and quiet of the Cabot Lounge to unwind and relax before departure. So we are unable to review the Cabot Lounge, I'm sure it was a far better experience than the one we had at Bristol Airport. We hope to holiday again next year but definitely not with Ryanair and maybe not from Bristol Airport. Sorry.

The lounge was almost empty when I arrived but there were two hostesses on duty. The food consists of little beyond biscuits and fruit. However because there were so few people there it was quite relaxing. You have to go outside for toilets and queue just like everyone else. This is a major drawback.

In my opinion compared to other airport lounges I have used I thought the choice of food available was very poor. We arrived at approx 8am to be offered cake, biscuits or savoury snacks in a bag. Most other lounges would offer toast, croissants etc more in line with what travellers would eat at that time of the morning. I would certainly not use the Cabot lounge again as in my opinion it does not offer value for money.
