important information

It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they leave in time to catch their flights. If you have arrived at the lounge before your booked entry time, you may be advised to return at your allotted time. Only ticketed passengers are allowed access to the lounge. Servisair Executive lounge expects suitable behaviour from guests and has a smart/casual dress code. Flight time information screens are prominently displayed. For security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times. Edinburgh Airport lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time. Flight information is available upon request.

Very comfortable lounge with a very good selection of drinks and beveriges. Very little noise in the room nice and peacefull A small complaint the lounge do not cater for siliac sufferers,even a few packets of crisps on gluten free biscuits would help MR Leslie Scott

Could have done with some hot food as we were there very early in the morning. Had to leave the lounge to go find a toilet. But apart from these points, a nice place to be.

I found the lounge a way of relaxing before a very long flight and it was nice to sit back with either a coffee or a choice of drinks. I felt there could have been more choice for something to eat, the croissants were cold and there was only really fruit and rolls available, I would have prefarred something hot to eat before an 8 hour flight. But the staff were very attentive and the area was clean and comfortable.

The Servisair Lounge is such an enjoyable way to relax before your flight. You can sit and relax, enjoy something to eat and drink, watch TV or just take in the relaxing atmosphere. It is absolutely excellent value for money and I would always book into the Servisair Lounge before a flight. The staff are friendly and the lounge is very comfortable - a totally enjoyable experience.

As my husband and I have used Servisair Lounges in other airports we introduced my sister and brother-in-law to the experience, which they throughly enjoyed and will use again. My only disapointment was the lack of Hello magazine.

we always book into servisair lounge when our flight times allow staff always friendly and helpful food and snacks appropriate for time of day you're away from the hussle and bustle of airport noise

A great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the airport with a good choice of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks and snacks. Good value for money. Will definitely use the Lounge again.

Lots of nice biscuits, low fat cereal bars, tea coffee etc, but was surprised not have a better breakfast options like cereal. Toilet facilities were not in this room therefore you had to leave that area and go outwith.

We found the lounge at Edinburgh to be a bit too quiet for our liking, there was no TV or background music which made it difficult to have a conversation without disturbing people around you. The other draw back was the toilet facilities are outside of the lounge which kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. Nice place if you just want to sit and read, not if you're with a few friends wanting to relax and have a chat before your holidays.
