The Yorkshire Premier Lounge (fast Track)

You are sat in comfort you have access to food and drink without massive queues in general very relaxed.

My first booking was the wrong date. I have rebooted for 30th August 2014, sorry.

Not sure it would be worth paying for all the family if holiday flight

Relaxing start to holiday, reception staff very friendly and the choice of drink is excellent. Only downside was food choice. We thought there would be sandwiches on offer as we were booked in the afternoon, but unfortunately not (croissants were lovely tho). Other than that no complaints.

I booked the lounge because I knew the airport would be busy at that time on a Friday afternoon. I was very glad that I did, but I must say that the lounge was also busy, and there didn't seem to be any staff around stocking up on the limited snacks that were available, or clearing used glasses and plates. I think as many other reviewers have said, a little more variety in the snacks department and a couple of staff on hand somewhere, wouldn't go amiss. All that said - I'm definitely going to book it for my next trip!

The fast track was not worth the extra money as there was no real queue to avoid and no real advantages to be gained - once through to security we had to wait to go through the security process along with everyone else, which meant this was no speedier than if we had not paid for the fast track in the first place. I will not pay for fast track again. However, the premier lounge was excellent,but not sign posted very well, without asking for directions in duty free we would not have found it on our own, but once inside it was certainly worthwhile and I will use this service again on my next trip.

Weel worth the additional cost the best way to start your holiday,staff very welcoming non of hassle of queing to get a snack or drink. Very comfortable seating area with a large selection of quality food and sncks available great value we felt our holiday had startyed as soon as we entered the door.

Unusually we didn't need the fast track as there was not a queue at any of the security gates. The new lounge was bright and comfortable with natural daylight. Its a great way to start a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of what at peak times is a very busy departure lounge. Disappointingly the food offered is just snacks i.e. crisps, nuts, toast and cheese. Amazingly,some people jusy wandered in, not realising it was a premier lounge and were confused about where they should pay for their drinks!

I was made to feel welcome. The staff were efficient and the lounge was clean and comfortable. Left glasses and litter were cleaned quickly. i will use it again.

You avoid the awful queues - and can read the papers in comfort with a drink in your hand. Will recommend to others!
