When we arrived there was nobody on reception and we had to find someone in the restaurant to deal with us. The parking site is totally open to the public.

Its handy to be away from the main car park when a lot of flights come in together, but a long walk in the rain.

As mentioned there is no transfer to airport terminal, security is minimal if any i.e. no compound, difficult to find, no signs to hotel from entrance of airport or from terminal, no direct route from hotel to terminal; would be difficult if you had a lot of luggage and if it was raining you would get soaked. I would imagine there is very little light at night so would be very difficult. Only consolation is that it's cheap, but no guarantee that your car would be there when you return.

Although this was slightly cheaper than the onsite airport parking, I have to question whether it was worth it. There was no transfer to the terminal building and it is a long, roundabout, walk over bumpy roads with cases. I dropped off my wife and grandchildren with the cases at the terminal building and then attempted to find the car parking, which isn't very well signposted. On our return, we all walked, with the cases, back to the car and this was when I questioned if the saving was worth it.

The parking is some distance from the hotel, so it would not suit the elderly or infirm and you virtually abandon your vehicle behind it. My concern on leaving my car was would it be there when I got back and would it be in one piece. Fortunately, it was. To park there in my view is a gamble.

I might as well have parked just outside of the hotel grounds for free as the hotel offered no visible security measures. The staff weren't helpful and to this day I have still not seen a staff member, only spoken over the intercom.

Good price for one weeks stay, quite full when we arrived but managed to park ok it can seem a long walk to the terminal when cold or raining even though its only about 5 mins. Overall good value for money.

Will not use again. No space when I arrived and Hotel staff had to get Airport fireman to move their personal cars to free up spaces for customers. Long walk to Terminal through dirt and mud from Airport building works and even longer walk back to collect car as "short cut" was closed after 5pm. Hotel staff still do not instill confidence in me and I felt very much on edge having to leave the car.

The car park was very full & I had trouble finding a space, infact it was the last available spot.

There were no signs from the roundabout to the hotel. Receptionist said it had been like that for 4 weeks. On return journey the gate to the airport was locked. Had to walk long way around in the snow / rain to get car. No one in reception on return. Won't be using again.

A cheap, no frills carpark (a hotel carpark) which is ok for a short break.

For the money it was great value. However, because we travelled at night the reception staff were actually in bed and we had to ring an intercom to book our car in. Otherwise everything was ok. Denise.

Although given instructions to park it is still difficult to find especially at night - signage is atrocious.

We parked the car, checked it in at the hotel reception. Had a welcome cup of coffee from very friendly staff who directed us to the terminal.

I was very pleased with the service offered, a great cash saving on similar parking facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and I would definitely use the facility again.

Cheap rates, however if you have a lot of luggage it is quite a way to walk to terminal, there was no trolleys available.

I think that overall this is great value for money. The Hotel is located a brisk 5 minute walk from the Airport terminal buildings. Therefore I would recommend that the driver drop off any passengers and luggage at the Airport terminal first, then park at the hotel and walk back.

Walking from the hotel carpark to the airport was along (mainly) unlit roads, without pavements. A simple vehicular transfer would have been safer and more pleasant.

The car park is convenient being so close to the terminal but their does not seem to be any apparent/obvious security.

This saved us some money however, you do take pot luck as to whether there is a marked space. We had to park on a grass verge. The curbs are very high and caused a little damage to the car as we drove off. Staff from the hotel are not really interested in your arrival/departure which makes me wonder whether the security is good! Can be initially difficult to find as not well sugnposted. However it did save a little money!
