"Had problems on arrival because my credit card that I booked with was not accepted. There is no obvious contact for carparking problems, so I asked someone at the car hire desk and they pointed me to use a freephone service to call the Airport Duty Manager. However, at such a cheap price and walking distance from the terminal, this was a very small convenience."

"The parking and customer service was excellent, but when we arrived back we had to walk all the way round, about 30 mins walk, when we arrived at 12-30pm we could walk through st georges hotel but this was locked when got back."
