straight into car park with debit card parked near to entrance then straight out again on departure

I didn't see any parking staff. I just drove up to the barrier; put my credit card, which I had paid with online into the slot and the barrier opened. I then drove in and parked my car. On returning to my car I drove up to the barrier, put my credit card in to the slot again and the barrier opened and I drove off. It was so easy and no problem what so ever.

Quick, easy, uncomplicated and secure.

Service was problem free from start to finish, airport car park within very easy walking distance of the terminal. Excellent value for money. Would definately use again.

We missed our fligth back to teesside airport through no falt of ours so we were a day late getting back so instead of car park costing £24.99 have been charged £58.00

Ample parking spaces close to terminal building. Entry and exit from car park using debit/credit card made it very straightforward. Everything went as planned.

Not having use the service before I was unsure how thw barrier system worked' However on pushing the intercom system the Lady on the other end was very helpful and reassuring with a pleasant manner. i felt that I was leving my vehicle in safe hand and could relax on my holiday.

I was pleased to park so close to the main entry,(just across the road.) Unfortunatly we were diverted to Newcastle,where I Live then had to get back to pick up my car,but had no problem either way.Would strongly recommend.
