Not having use the service before I was unsure how thw barrier system worked' However on pushing the intercom system the Lady on the other end was very helpful and reassuring with a pleasant manner. i felt that I was leving my vehicle in safe hand and could relax on my holiday.

I was pleased to park so close to the main entry,(just across the road.) Unfortunatly we were diverted to Newcastle,where I Live then had to get back to pick up my car,but had no problem either way.Would strongly recommend.

we checked in early -4am- so saw no staff to rate them. entry was automated and easy. only a very short walk to the teminal so was ideal. we had no problems on return - again quick and easy.

With Durham Tees being a small airport the 15 minute drop off zone right next to the terminal was extremely useful, particularly as we had young children. We had no additional transfers.

teesside is an easy aiport to use being small.the car park is right next to the terminal and very convenient

Parked right outside the terminal building at Teeside Airport. It couldn't have been easier. On our return it took seconds to get our ticket validated and return to the car. An excellent service which we would use again.

need more signs to show you how to get in to the correct car park, otherwise excellent from start to finish,no problems. thankyou

I booked for airport carparking at Stanstead and my booking tunred out to be at Teeside airport!!! So not only did I lose the parking fee of £23.00 with your company I had to pay £71.00 at Stanstead airport. Very disappointed.

Having never experienced parking at the airport before while being away, it was great, didn't have to worry about getting to the airport on time if having to get a taxi there and back. We will certainly do this again. You arrive into arrivals and literally straight into car, wonderful.

I booked on the internet to park in the main car park which is a short walk away from the main entrance. On my return i produced my email confirmation and my car park ticket at the information desk and received my validated ticket back in a couple of seconds. Short walk back to the car,drive to the barrier and put ticket in to lift barrier and away home no problems/no hassle and a bit cheaper than just turning up to park. ps,more people stood at the parking pay machines than at the information desk.

There was a flight cancellation and we were later than expected arriving into the UK. A member of staff had waited back especially to validate our ticket.

It was cheaper for us to bring our car and park in the airport; it was easy to find and parking was simple; the staff were very friendly as we were a bit confused as what to do with the ticket and our car was in one piece when we returned; excellent service will be using it again.

Its not worth saving a couple of pounds by staying at the hotel car park when this car park is right next to the terminal. Can't get excited about car parks really, but this is still OK.

I didn't see any car park staff so can't comment on that! I also didn't have any transfers, but it's all so close that it's convenient. Because it's such a small airport, it is really convenient - the parking is close to the airport entrance.

Arrived at 04:00 no problem getting space in front of airport terminal. Car park well lit and signage to car park easy to follow. No problems on departure.

Transfers not required as parking straight across the road from Durham Tees airport entrance. It was £15 cheaper by using Simply Parking! Will definitely use this site again.

A very small airport found to be congested when two flights landed within minutes of each other and a bit of a struggle to reach the Customer Service desk to have the car parking ticket validated.

This is the first time we've used the main Teesside airport carpark. Last time, we used parking nearby in a hotel car park but it didn't cost much more to be in the airport car park and it saved lots of hassle. We were also reassured by the security offered in the main car park and would certainly book parking there again.

Travelling from south shields we saved a lot of money on taxi fares and were able to plan our journey to suit. No worries about taxis not turning up and even with the cost of the petrol the whole experience saved us money.
