The first two questions are not relevant as there are no parking staff or facilities. The parking is very expensive for long periods. The longer the period of parking the cheaper the parking should become, but this does not seem to be the case at Humberside Airport.

our only criticism was the fact that our flight arrived near midnight after about four and a half hours flight time, we had to wait for baggage then for passport control etc. then when we had done all that we had to queue to get our ticket stamped fortunately Humberside is small and there were only about twenty in our queue, I guess it could have been worse at a larger airport.

It was good to be able to pre-book. The carpark was functional and within walking distance of the terminal. It was easy to get your ticket validated for exit from the carpark. For 30p an hour, what more can you expect? One third of the price of a taxi to the airport, would definitely use it again.

At Humberside airport, we have always found the parking very convenient, being so close to the terminal - even in the overflow car park. The staff are always helpful and polite and the whole experience is one part of the holiday we don't have to worry about.

I parked for 2 weeks at the end of Sept/beg of October 2008. There were plenty of parking spaces available all within very close proximity to the terminal. I travelled with 2 adults and a child and I found the best way is to drop off passengers and luggage at the terminal and then park the car. Aprox. time to walk from car to terminal is 5 minutes maxmium. A really hassle free way to park your car at Humberside, which is the real plus of travelling from a small local airport.

on the day of our return a member of our party had had an accident whilst on holiday, this meant he was in a wheelchair. Humberside airport has closed the area near the terminal an on arrival from the carpark to pick this wheelchair bound person up the attendant shouted at me to enter the short stay carpark where there were disabled spaces. These were full with no one in them and there has been a fence erected through half of them leaving six, Disabled parking is NOT signposted and very in accessable causing my friend more stress on top of his misfortune. On considering this problem it did not look like there would be much change in the near future.

i was very impressed with how close it was to the actual airport,because of that we did not need any transfers from the car park,it only took us five mins to walk the distance.it was also very easy to reach from where we live.i would use this service again the next time we travel from humberside airport.having two young children distance to and from the the car park is very important to us.that is why to me it is idealy placed for our purpose.it is also important to me to know my car will be looked after safely when we go away.the staff at the airport were very polite on the customer service desk.and very efficient dealing with the barrier ticket when we arrived back in the uk.
