The surface of car park No 3 was quite rough and not suitable for wheeling cases across. Re-surfacing would be a big improvement.

Extremely expensive in the short term but as you stay longer it does become a little cheaper. Can't even say the money is used to improve the facilities a little. Have been using the same car park for years with no infer-structure upgrades, money obviously is all used for profits to give share holders dividends rather than giving customers value for money.

Whilst the area was secure, it was a long walk to the check in, and the surface of the car park was poor. Very helpful staff at the desk inside the airport

Took ticket out of the barrier, parked the car with ease. There were luggage trolleys in car park. Short walk to terminal. Return journey, handed ticket to reception desk, was told if machine did not accept ticket as it had been folded, then just press help button and state our name, and lady would open barrier. Went to car, drove to barrier inserted ticket and the barrier opened. Couldn't have been easier. Organising the parking on line saved us a lot of money, almost half the cost.

Humberside is a small airport but with KLM links to Amsterdam it can pretty much take you anywhere so can be busy at times. That said there is ample parking and even the long stay car park is so close to the terminal building that you can walk from car to check-in in around 2-3 minutes The compound is secure and the staff well versed to validate you parking on your return. Just save your ticket and have a copy of your booking form and it takes no time to have you on your way. For me, I landed around 9:30pm and was through immigration and in my car (with suitcase) by 9:45pm It does not get much smoother

The first two questions are not relevant as there are no parking staff or facilities. The parking is very expensive for long periods. The longer the period of parking the cheaper the parking should become, but this does not seem to be the case at Humberside Airport.

Helpful staff and clean well parking for everyone. Its to be hoped that Humberside grows a little but not to big as it is personal now.

our only criticism was the fact that our flight arrived near midnight after about four and a half hours flight time, we had to wait for baggage then for passport control etc. then when we had done all that we had to queue to get our ticket stamped fortunately Humberside is small and there were only about twenty in our queue, I guess it could have been worse at a larger airport.
