Mr Swann
03 February, 2009insufficient information where to go and park or how to procede with prepaid ticket as this was not clear from the booking information provided. Why not provide (via email) clear instructions and map to customersat the booking stage?. I spent 10 mins on the telephone/parking gate intercom to the operator who searched for my booking. He then informed what to do.
Mr Roberts
25 June, 2008Easy to park and good transfer service. Did not see any staff only the driver so difficult to rate this.
Mr Coates
12 June, 2008Overall trip experience spoilt by flights to & from Southampton having to divert to other airprts enroute to re-fuel. Not your responsibility but will not used Southampton again.
Mr Rasmussen
01 April, 2008First time using Southampton Airport and Pink Elephant Parking. Everything went very smoothly and even though the exit barrier machine wasn't working properly, a member of staff was there operating the machine so there was no delay in leaving.
Mr Mead
05 June, 2007I saw no staff so not really possible to comment on Customer Service. At 8.30am I got what was probably one of the last spaces and this was on a rough gravel surface, making it difficult to wheel luggage to the tarmac area to catch the coach. If I could not have parked I couldn't see any staff or any means of contacting anyone for assistance. I prepaid and didn't find the instructions of what to do very visible. If I had followed Simply Parking instructions on return to Southampton I would have gone to the terminal first to get an exit ticket, luckily I spotted a small notice about what to do on the bus shelter. Thankfully our parking experience went reasonably smoothly however it could given different circumstances been a disaster.

14 April, 2006First time of using this facility, we had concerns regarding transfers and vehicle security. We would now be quite happy to use Pink Elephant Parking again, as the service and security provided would give us peace of mind whilst abroad.
Mr Rule
03 January, 2006The cash office at Southampton is quite a bit away from the pick up point for the car park. On a cold night it was not a pleasant walk there and back, plus the fact that the person on duty did not seem to know what to do, and was not particularly helpful took the edge of the experience.
Mr Anderson
17 October, 2005Remember to go from "arrivals" across the road to obtain your ticket before returning to your car. It says on the front of the building "Short term parking payment". A bit confusing!
Mr Seaman
11 October, 2005"Open at all hours" No queueing and heavy traffic problems. Gives peace of mind.
Mrs Smith
09 July, 2005The transfer time is very quick and the buses to take you to the car park are frequent.
Mr Garlick
03 July, 2005It is very messy on return from holiday that you need to sort out where in the rabbit warren of car parking you need to go in order to get your advance paid ticket validated. Your staff are excellent and your bus service to/from airport is great. Difficult to locate vacant spaces in car park.
Mr Robertson
09 June, 2005Ended up in the short stay at no extra cost. long stay was full.
Mrs Humphreys
06 May, 2005All the staff I came into contact with were polite and helpful. The coach driver early in the morning waited for me and the parking attendant gave me clear directions to the coach pick up point on the return journey. I felt my car would be safe while I was gone. The rates were reasonable. I have used Pink elephant at Southampton in the past and would do so again.
Mr Walker
02 March, 2005The bus service at Pink Elephant was excellent with very short waits and offered a professional service.
