We used this Hotel for an overnight stay before flying from Liverpool. Very comfortable bed, nice room and plenty of choice for Breakfast.The staff were so helpfull would give this hotel 5 stars in every area.

Lovely hotel beautifully decorated & styled.
All staff very pleasant and helpful.
Only down point was the dining experience, food was less than good and the service was the opposite of what we had experienced throughout the rest of our short stay.
Hotel to airport transfer should be a courtesy service as is with manchester airport hotels.
Would stay again.

Pleasantly surprised to be told on arrival that we had been upgraded and that we were entitled to complimentary drinks and food in the residents bar.There was also complimentary wine and fruit basket in the room.All in all we were impressed with the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to use it again in the future.

15 days plus an overnight stay cost less that parking for 15 days. Included taxi transfer too. Hotel was a pleasure to stay in, I would go again just for the hotel. No real ale though, same as most hotels, boo!!!

The whole experience was way above our expectations. From the quality and spaciousness of the room, the super meal, the service the ease of parking arrangements and transfer to and from the airport, to the courtesy of the staff

We primarily booked this hotel because of its exceptional value on airport parking. It was even better than we thought as they waived the additional day we should have paid for.
However, the room was a slight let down. The air condioning did not work; in fact it heated an already hot room. Attempts to rectify the problem failed and we were allocated, promptly, another room. Unfortunately,from my wife's point of view, it didn't have a hair dryer. The room itself was well presented, large, clean and comfortable.
Bar prices are on the steep side. The hotel is also used for external functions so there may be some noise from those events, although this was minimal when we could close the window (aircon working!)
The barrier into the car park is quite fickle. You need to park right next to the ticket machine to get it to work. I thought I was being a bit dim, but then the bloke behind me couldn't get it to open either. A sign or shading on the road would prevent this problem.

We had both very good service and the opportunity to stay in an Art Deco building (the former Airport building). The staff were extremely helpful and the room was a good size.

Satisfied customers. Friendly staff. Very good free transfer service to airport. Only compaint, wedding party opposite our room when we had to get up at 4.00am! Otherwise fine.
