"We used this Hotel for an overnight stay before flying from Liverpool. Very comfortable bed, nice room and plenty of choice for Breakfast.The staff were so helpfull would give this hotel 5 stars in every area."

"Room fine. No dining, which was a problem at an airport....take away service was available but not inspiring....mostly fast food, so drove into Liverpool to find a restaurant. Transfer in minibus worked ok but a problem in that the member of staff who checked us in, the evening before departure, simply said to turn up in the morning for the transfer. We did as did others. Then were told we should have checked in for transfer at reception. Reception had no idea how many people required transfer, so a bit chaotic."
