The selection of drinks was very good. The area for quiet relaxation was very nice. The staff were friendly. The food area kept running low and had flies everywhere. The cooked breakfast was 2 mouthfuls. Tasty but unfortunately, my husband had to leave the lounge

Needs much improvement before we would consider booking again. Extremely hot as well, air conditioning faulty. Nowhere to sit for half an hour. Staff eventually realised they would have to open rear section to accommodate the queuing customers. Chairs stacked on table, staff did not bother to set up room we all had to do this. Understaffed in there defence. Hot food bland, we had the veggy curry, small portions. Very disappointing start to our holiday!!

The lounge was comfy and clean. Food portions are small and could have been a bit hotter, but there was soup and biscuits and cakes which was v.good. Would definitely use again.

We booked this lounge solely on the expectation of being able to shower prior to 24 hours of flight ahead of us, only to be told (abruptly) that the spa closed at 6 pm and couldn't be used. Finally, after my strong complaint, a staff member opened the spa and directed me to a darkened, dirty, shower room. There was one clean towel. Apart from the poor experience there, the west facing windows drew in an inordinate amount of heat and lack of air conditioning in the lounge made it most unpleasant. All in all, nowhere near GBP50 value for two of us. Never again!

Hot food good but cold buffet exceptionally poor choice there was no bread or rolls to go with the soup. Except for tomatoes all the salad dishes included cheese. Toilets were filthy and smelly. The lounge was overcrowded, seating uncomfortable overall the the lounge was in effect no better than the public airport facilities. Would not recommend or use again.

There needs to be regular clean up of dishes as customers are constantly coming and going leaving their dishes and trash behind.

Staff were polite and helpful when asked,but not direction or summryof facilities on entry. This would have been very helpful as we had not used this lounge before.

As this was my first experience of this business lounge I was only able to compare it with other lounges that I have used such as BA. The lounge was nice and bright but not as clean as it could have been with food on the floor and tables that had not been wiped down in quite a while. When ordering food I was surprised to receive 6 chips and 1 small piece of fish which could only be described as smaller than a fish finger. I suppose only paying £22.50 I should not complain to much but compared to others that I have been in this would be at the bottom of the list.
