The lounge was very relaxing, value for money. The only problem is there is only one screen to watch for the flights that we could see.

It just felt like being in a normal lounge bar the only difference was you had prepaid your drink I've been in a few different airport lounges and this one was not one of the best it only had basic drinks and the snacks weren't up to much it was quite noisy as well due to the children's play area we will not be using this lounge again I'm afraid

thoroughly enjoyed my experience - the day we were there, they were a bit short staffed, probably due to illness. However the staff on duty did their best. Will definitely use again in the future

Not many socket plugs to charge your devices etc. Selection of wines very poor, no ambience, noisy, uncomfortable and inadequate seating. There were only small selection of snacks eg pretzels crisps etc and soup nothing else like rolls or sandwiches or hot food. Very poor. This does not

I have used the Upper Deck Lounge twice recently and on both occasions found the female attendants at the food and drink counters to be most unfriendly. The only thing to commend this lounge is that it is peaceful. They start clearing everything away at 8.15 pm for closure.

I feel we should get a refund as we certainly didn't get our money's worth. Totally disappointed and would not use again. The time you get booked in then had to leave 45 minutes before the plane boarded it just was a waste of time and money.

No real hassles first time I have booked an airport lounge I have heard great review about some lounges and the food and drink on offer. I was slightly disappointed with Glasgow Sky Lounge as an early checkin the breakfast choice wasnt great cereal, bread for toast and crackers and cheese with a few cakes to choose from.
