No1 Lounge, Heathrow serves Terminal 3. Airside - after Security, follow the walkway to the left of World Duty Free and follow signs 'Airport Lounges' and 'Gates 13-22'. The lounge is located one floor up, and is accessible via lifts or stairs.

We pre-booked and were surprised by the volume of people in the lounge. It took us a while to find empty seats.
Just a note - it would be great if places would consider babies a pic d breastfeeding or feeding in general. Family only spaces would be great.
We would do this again and would recommend to others.

We've used this lounge before, but this time it was packed, with loads of kids running around. When we found somewhere to sit we had to chase our food order twice. Frankly it was hardly the oasis of calm it's supposed to be and in hindsight wish we'd saved the money.

Having used Airline lounges previously while enjoying a one off first class trip previously to South Africa this time our ticket didn't allow us such a treat! We booked the lounge and we were not disappointed although we arrived earlier than our allotted time following a train journey from Yorkshire we were welcomed and told it was no problem my husband has Multiple Sclerosis so appreciated the lounge to rest in before our flight to South Africa (11 hrs).The complimentary food and beverages were perfect the staff very helpful and pleasant and I can certainly recommend the manicure ! As a mature couple travelling for pleasure without our teenage daughter (too old to travel with Mum and Dad!)it made a lovely start to our holiday well worth the money! We would certainly book this lounge again !

Lots of sofas and little nooks to sit and relax. Lots of power points for charging and free WIFI. Unfortunately the showers were out of action.

Enjoyed the snug room for relaxing, a quiet oasis. Food and drink were OK. Lounge was very crowded and little room to spare. Shower was clean and staff friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely visit again.

I used wireless internet, printing, ate the foods and had a shower. Everything was as good as the AA / One Wolrd Lounge that I have had access before. Will use again and would recommend this to anyone needing to spend few hours at LHR.

It was quite busy and we struggled to find a seat but other than that it was fine. Down side was they don't do announcements re flights so you need to keep your eye on the boards. They do tell you that when you check in.

This was my first occasion utilizing No. 1 Heathrow and I have been raving to my friends ever since. This is truly the way to travel, out of the hustle and bustle of the public terminal, the noise and (limited) uncomfortable seating found in all airports and into an absolutely civilized club-like atmosphere. Here, you can have a drink, a bite to eat, charge your electronics and surf the web all in comfy leather chairs with plenty of room to relax. I was amazed that a movie theatre, a games room, quiet reading room and showers were all available in one place. If I have the time between flights, I'll be back!
