This was a simple online service which enabled me to save money and have a short walk to the terminal

Very smooth experience. You just drive up and wait and ticket is produced with your car reg on it. I love that you can walk to airport easily but there is a bus if you had a lot of luggage. Would use this carpark again.

this was a most efficient service. best value for money I have had in airport parking.

Two cars pre-booked. One accessed the parking area without difficulty;the second registration plate was not detected and staff had to be contacted to allow access. It is then necessary to drive around to find a space. For pre-booked vehicles a dedicated area/space reserved would be a vast improvement.

I noted from other reviews that the surface had potholes, and I remember some from my last visit (about 2 years ago), but it is way worse now. I like my car's suspension, which would be a fortune to repair, and I was seriously annoyed at the number of potholes I had to drive through just to get to a parking space. Then trying to pull luggage along on it is just impossible. I didn't see or have to speak to any members of staff during the whole experience which was a blessing for them as I was in a foul mood at that stage. Surely for the money you they're getting they could do something about this? If it wasn't for this, it would have been fine as it's very convenient and hassle free.

Very convenient and easy to use.We didn't use shuttle bus as car park is so close to terminal.

Very easy to book and pay for. The car park at Belfast Int is within walking distance of the terminal building so no need for transfers. The car park would benefit from some tarmac on the surface so that the suitcase wheels dont get wrecked whilst pulling it along.
