Entry is not clearly posted or described. The first roundabout does not in fact give access. Uphill walk with suitcases could be difficult in bad weather if suitcases not dropped off first.

I found the parking very easy, plenty of space and close to the terminal. On departure stopped at the kiosk to exchange my pre -parking booking letter for an exit ticket.

Really good and would use them again but why on earth can't they use the registration number and the entry card to let you exit? At 2:30 in the morning the last thing you need is traipsing upto the kiosk to get your card "validated"! Still better than the Silver Parking though :-)

Our flight to Bristol was cancelled and we had to fly into Gatwick. By the time we arrived back at Bristol Airport, we had overan our time allowed at the car park. The lady at the help station sorted our ticket out without any fuss and arranged for us to exit the car park without having to pay any extra. This was much appreciated after a pretty stressful journey back to the UK.

WE HAD TO CHECK WITH THE CAR PARK STAFF ABOUT GETTING OUT AS WE HAD PRE PAID ON LINE, THEY WERE HELPFUL AND PROMPT, AT 3AM THIS WAS A MUST WITH COLD. TIRED CHILDREN WANTING TO GO HOME!

A very well located facility in easy walking distance of terminal. Therefore no need to wait for any transfer buses. Only minor issue is looking for a parking space but we have always been very lucky so arrive early. I recommend you book your parking when you book your flight tickets to ensure you maximise any cost savings.

The car park was easy to find and very convenient - a short walk to the airport. On return the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Getting into the car park was fine - collecting the car late on a Sunday night was not - I put the ticket in the machine and it said I owed £66 which was a shock - I pressed the help button and someone came and went away with the paperwork and returned and lifted the barrier - I had not very happy people in cars behind me! It would help if you were told that this would happen when you buy the ticket on line

Quite expensive but worth the money if you don't want to have to allow extra time for catching a bus transfer.
