We have used this car park for last 5 years to watch the London Marathon, it is outside of the Congestion Zone, simple to find, central to the city centre, and the cost if pre booked is worth every penny.

Undergoing refurbishment. Pay machines not operational at Marble Arch entrance only at Park Lane. Attendant only present at Marble Arch entrance/office, but was absent for 30 minutes so couldn't register pre-booking voucher and exit car park. Pedestrian walkway had no lights. BUT car park well positioned for Cental London sights. Will use again but will use car horn if attendant is again absent.

This couldn't have been much easier. We prepaid for our parking online, drove in and parked the car, came back 3 days later and off we went.

Once you reach the car park it isn't obvious at all that you're using a BCP car park. There's not one sign to tell you that so we drove in with fingers crossed hoping that it was the right car park.

Brighter under ground lighting would make females feel safer and the walkway from the road to the parking smelt like unine. Maybe its night haunt for street people

Generally a good experience, the online booking was simple and effective and having a guaranteed place to park was reassuring, however, there was no one in attendance at the Park Lane exit which meant traveling up to the Marble Arch exit to have our ticket authorized before traveling back to the Park Lane exit to leave.

For me it was the ideal parking place. Easy to find. Close to the A40. Central but outside the congestion charge zone and will certainly use it again.

Excellent location and good value for the day. We were anxious on the day with pre-booking however the staff were helpful before hand and for us most important staff were available late evening to assist with exit.

So easy to park here, only thing is, what happens if too many people park in the car park and there is no-where to park if you have pre booked as there isn't a section for reserved parking?! Otherwise, we had a good experience, thank you

Easy to find, quite dark and nobody around to ask. Plenty of spaces though and in a good location.

Didn't see any staff had to exit using the help button. The lighting was not good and I didn't feel very safe. It was easy to find and easy to park. The cost was high £26 for 4 hours however you are in the center of London.

I would definatly use again and recommend! Location was excelent for us, easier to find than I expected and had great service when checking out at the end of our day. Thanks! Claire

Dissapointed that there was no staff to validate ticket. Then a bit of a delay at the the exit to get ticket authorised.

easy to find without entering the charge area,previously i believed park lane to be within the charge area,convienient for marble arch tube,brilliant

The lights were a bit dim as it was underground, right underneath the eastern end of Hyde Park. Some of the staff didn't speak very good English but they were still very friendly and helpful

Lots of spaces available. Friendly staff and considering the location a reasonable price for 24 hours

We booked this car park after reading other reviews, and weren't disappointed. Everything was straightforward, well lit, staff were available and friendly and they even had a customer toilet.

i found it very easy to find, staff were very helpfull and nice big spaces and great location would park there again.

I needed a carpark which i could pre-book for overnight whilst I took part in the London Moonwalk. I cannot recommend this carpark highly enough and the arrangements were perfect. It was the closest carpark for our starting point, it was very easy to find and the staff were on hand at 5 in the morning when we needed to leave...Definitely 10 out of 10.
