Although the pedestrian exit to Hyde Park was not very nice, everywhere else was clean and cared for. Parking spaces were plenty large enough for our car. We returned to the car park via Park Lane entrance which was easy and convenient. We will be using this facility again this week.

we have vw transporter and a crowd of kids so parking central pre-booked for 26 quid was cheaper than wasting time tubing it into the centre of london. easy to get to and you can't get much closer to central London unless you go in to congestion zone. all in all a good find

Easy and convenient location for our hotel. Car park felt a bit creepy when we arrived as there was no one around, but secure enough, maybe lighting could be improve a little. Parking attendant on exit was excellent, very quick and efficient.

I paid for my parking online and as the saying goes "does was it says on the tin" the car park staff were helpful. a two min walk to my hotel. thank you

I seleceted the car park as it was close to the theatre. As we got out of the car a mini bus offered to take us for free to our destination. What a pleasent surprise and a very help guy. did you know you can get a discount on parking if you have booked at the theatre. No nor me! Excellent

After booking with your company, I was informed by the ticket office representative when leaving the car park, had I not booked online the charge would have been no more tha £9.50. I find your charges grossy over the top!

I booked on line ina advance via BCP in order to 'save £2'. I entered time of arrival and departure. I ended up paying £26 for what should have cost £16 and, unless your smallprint is very very small I could not see reference ot a possible cheaper rate on the website, although it was referred to once I had printed out details. I shall shortly be writing to Westminster Council and the Lond on Mayor's office as I regard this as little more than theft. Yours sincerely D Wornham

the sat nav info on the booking could be in N and W as that is what my tom tom is in. Apart from that no problems with parking or leaving. thanks

The car park is well located for both Oxford Street and Bond Street and it is easy to find. The staff were helpful and fine. I would definitely park here again.

I found the facilities to be good, staff was also firendly. However felt it was expensive as it would have been cheaper for me to actually pay on the day at the car park

I find the Marble arch car park good VFM and close to Oxford street, theatre-land and the museums are just the other side of Hyde Park. It is always fairly empty and can be a bit spooky at night as it is underground but the staff are close by and there is CCTV everywhere.

Booked online for 3 day stay over New Year - cheaper than hotel parking. Usual, slightly spooky feel to the place (whose are all those dust-jacketed Mercs?) but felt safe. Everything went smoothly - no complaints.

Car park was quite easily found, but I did go to the wrong end of Park Lane first, but the staff in that car park re-directed me, I only 'lost' a few minutes and it really wasn't a problem. Once in the car park there were plenty of spaces, and the mini bus driver saw us coming and came over to us to offer his services. He was very helpful, he put the cases into the mini bus for us, then drove us to our Hotel which was just off Oxford street. Although it was not far it would have been a 15 minute walk. Would I go there again...? Yes.

Easy parking but take good note of exactly where you are in the car park as the parking bay numbers are confusing.

Very centrally located, but £52 for 30 hours parking was a bit steep. Remember the bay number where you park your car - it took us about 20 minutes to find our car on our departure. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
