I only required parking for two nights - this car park was very good value for money, location was excellent and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this car parking to all my friends and colleagues.

Used this car park for a family day out. Found the car park easily. Walked out of car park and got, straight into a taxi, so not a lot of walikng. Really good value for money at £25 for the day, would have cost us £126.00 to have gone by train. Would definately use again.

This an ideal location for leaving the car and enjoying London, it felt safe and secure, there are 2 underground stations on the door step which made life very easy to get around london. I will use this facility again. Friendly helpful staff too which makes all the difference. ;o)

The hotel had accidentally thrown away my printed confirmation. Though I could prove my identity and ownership of the car, and though the receptionist at the parking was helpful enough, his supervisor refused to check on the internet whether I had actually paid. It would have taken him about 30 seconds to find out that I did, I guess. Instead I had to go back to the hotel, and search the garbage. Luckily I found the papers, in the end. Off'course, I should have kept them with me all the time, but the manager of the Car Park doesn't understand the word 'service'. Which makes a 100 pounds for three days even more expensive than it already is.

Expensive on the day as it would have been cheaper just to turn up!!! However, it did save us the problem of finding somwhere to park.

easy to use, present e-mail confirmation and parking ticket to attendant, quickly validated and ready to go. Very cheap compared to prices at other central lLndon car parks

Car park was easy to find, well sign posted. Easy to Park and easy to pay and get out of. It was clean, felt secure. Will deffinately use again. Thanks

Because I could book ahead and pre-pay, it was good value for London parking; because I need my car to get to London but not in London, I was glad to use Queensway Car parking. I have used this car park before and the staff are always friendly, helpful and nice. It is easy to access, convenient to this part of London and I was confident about leaving my car there for several days, on this particular occasion. If needed I shall cetainly pre-book again!

The car park is relatively easy to find and feels very secure. Whenever we went into the car park, there was someone at the Customer Service desk willing to help. There weren't any designated car spaces left but we were advised where else to park. Sorting out payment was fast and easy - highly recommended

everything ok all the way.My only problem was the exit into the main drag.when leaving the exit,I found people honking at me.There was no sign opposite the exit to tell you that it was a one way system.A friendly motorcyclist told me which way to go and I apologised to the people I held up briefly.Other than that i'd recommend it.

The best thing about using the carpark was being able to pre-book and pre-pay: travelling to London from North Derbyshire was more comfotable for not having parking the car to worry about.

Good sound facilities, at a reasonable price, easily accessible with good access to onward transport links such as the tube and buses into the heart of the city.

Good location, Easy to find, safe and secure car park with 24 hour person attendant looking after it. Also on the third floor they have car wash/valeting.

The only complaint that I have, which may or may not be their fault is that when I arrived there, part of the road leading to the parking was closed off and no signs were set up to help travellers find the correct route. This resulted in about 15 minutes of following detour signs and trying small streets in order to get to the parking entrance. For the rest, everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were as expected, the price was fair. All in all a good choice, I will definetly park there again if I am in the area.

The staff at the car park and at head office were very accomodating especially as we did have to come and go due to the London Moonwalk and my husband needing to move the car to keep us supplied with food and drink on the walk as well as moral support. We would use this car park again.

Inexperienced at parking in London and website did not make it clear that it would have been much cheaper to pay on arrival rather than book.

i booked for 6 hours using this website, had i just turned up and parked i would have saved £7.50 and still recieved the same service

Very cheap parking in the heart of London. Easy to find. This parking seems to be secure also.

realised that if you are arriving early and not needing to stay for 24hours, probably cheaper to pay by the hour. we arrived at 10.30am and the rate (which varies) would have been £1.50per hour, so less than the £20 I paid to stay til 5pm
