Unlike some of the comments I read, I did not find the parking difficult to find, and was very pleased with the value for money it represented. I would have liked to see a little more investment in the toilet block and a slightly better surface in the pick-up and drop-off area, but this would not stop me using it again. The staff were very good and the system worked well. I will recommend it to others.

When we arrived we were dealt with promtly after just a five minute wait a driver took us back down to dover port, when we arrived in Dover port the driver showed us the point at which they would collect us again when we arrived back from holiday. After our holiday we arrived back at Dover around eleven in the morning I phoned the company who arranged our pick up and a driver was with us within 5 to ten minutes. I feel overall this service was excellent with little waiting, good customer service and prompt pickup at an excellent price. I would use this company again.

Arrived on site at 1.00, After checking our car in, arrived at Dover port 10 mins later. On arriving home the coach was already at the port and we picked our car up 15 mins later. Fast, Reliable and efficient. Thank you.

When I arrived at the carpark I injured my hand while trying to negotiate the awful stairs to the reception desk. When I got home after my cruise I found that the rear offside light cluster was damaged. Light replacement cost is £120 plus the fitting cost. That was a very expensive 4 days parking.

The Relyon site is a bit rough and needs to be resurfaced. Also, the mini buses for the transfers have seen better days - very tatty and none too clean! Having said that our car was looked after and in good order when we returned. We had noted the mileaage before leaving and so we knew it had never left the site. The mini buses were waiting at the ship when we returned so were very quickly transferred back to collect the car. We were satisfied with the surface would hope to see a resurfaced card pak and new mini buses if we travel from Dover in the future and need to use the site. Also, it is better value than the parking at the docks.

I've never used your service before so I was a bit apprehensive. But as soon as we arrived everyone was SO helpful. The mini-bus drivers were kind and funny and didn't baulk at carrying my friend's and my suitcase which were, to say the least, a bit on the heavy side!! We only waited a minute or two for the bus and it was the same coming back: a helpful person showed us which bay to go to and we were whisked away. The price was great and I have already recommended you to several people. I'll be back next time I travel from Dover. Thank you SO much. (My only concern is that someone will step on the dog!!) On arrival at the carpark our suitcases were removed from the boot of the car and the next time we saw them was in our cabin. Not quite as slick on return but then everyone was arriving at the same time! Overall very pleased with the service.

The booking on-line was very easy. Directions were provided when I ran off the paperwork needed for booking in again very helpful. The whole experience went without one single hitch.

Staff were very polite and informative, transfers worked very smoothly, I will use you again on our next trip!

Easy to find, quick to load suitcases onto transfer bus, upon return was waiting for us loaded and unloaded cases into minibus and altogether very helpful made what is normally quite stressful a pleasure to use. Many thanks.

I have no idea how they manage to provide this service for such a reasonable price. The location was slightly further out than I expected, which makes the service provided even more amazing. The transfer to the ferry port was seamless. On arrival back in Dover I rang the number given and within 10 minutes someone was there to collect me. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Very friendly staff. Taxi included in the price on Sunday night is very handy. I use this car park a lot. Only one bad point: Taxi can be long to come (waiting up to 15-20min) even when calling before leaving the ferry.

My car was met and the luggage removed and put straight on to a coach. The car park surface was slightly rough but my car was completely safe. The staff were very helpful and would use you again.

Our only problem on this occasion was on the return journey when we had to wait over an hour to be collected at the port. Due to the late docking of the ship people were disembarking as the new passengers were arriving to unload, which caused a major blockage at the terminal and on the approach roads. Consequently the shuttle buses could not get through. It would certainly have helped if Relyon had sent larger coaches to cope with the number of passengers.

The parking staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I actually left my passport in the office upon collection, not aware i had left it, the parking staff returned it to me via recorded delivery. That extra mile is most appreciated. Will be using them again next year.

Good price and service, but VERY difficult to find the parking compound. Instructions supplied need to be supplemented with a very clear map as it's in the middle of an industrial area and a lot of development is taking place, with some roads having no road signs.

Parking could not of been easer. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Car returned in front of office with plenty of room to allow for baggage to be loaded.Very good thankyou!
