OUr first visit to EMA. The car park is well signed, and this service is efficient and so easy to use. I had changed the car details and did worry that this may cause a problem. NO the barrier went up, parked, transfer bus arrived within minutes and we were deposited at the airport. Our return coincided with the disruption at EMA and caused our journey a 5 hour delay. No worries leaving the car park at midnight instead of 7pm. Good signage from the site to find our road home. Will use the facility again.

Jet parks were excellent. Good value for money, easy to find, clear instructions. Helpful and polite drivers for the transfers .

Whilst we travel abroad at regular intervals it is approximately 7 years since we have flown from East Midlands airport. From arrival prior to leaving the Country and returning everything was so efficient and well organised. I was so impressed I will attempt to fly from east Midlands in future. I would conclude by mentioning how pleased I was with the modest parking fee levied. I definitely recommend the facilities to my colleagues.

The number recognition system needs to improve as on 3 occasions now I've always have to contact your staff in order to gain either entrance or leaving.

We used this service because the off-airport service we used previously had closed. Jet Parks 1 was all that we could have wanted. A slight hickup on the way in and on the way out - the machine did not read the number plate, but the staff were extremely helpful and there was a delay of no more than a couple of minutes.

Located in East Midlands Airport this car park offers parking for people travelling abroad. The car parking area is nothing fancy just grit/tarmac parking spaces spread over a reasonably large area. The main problem I encountered was the ticket barriers. I had pre booked online and the barrier didn't recognize my car as it said it would do. Had to talk on the intercom to a member of staff who promptly opened the gate once I gave my registration number. Also on my departure the machine said I owed an extra £40? another call on the intercom soon sorted this out and I was on my way. 3.5/5 more if the barrier system was more stable.

I spent ages searching for a car parking space. There were so many loose rocks that my cases got scuffed and there was no where near enough space on the bus for luggage so people were having to try & sit with their next to them which blocked the aisle.

On arrival although pre-booked for a disabled bay, the staff had difficulty in finding my booking. They were not very helpful in providing directions to disabled bays. This led to me being unable to find an empty one and having to park in a normal bay well away from the exit. The layout of the park is very confusing and very poorly signed. In all a very poor start to my holiday and to add insult to injury a great deal of frustration on my return tying to find my way into the area where I had to park.

After reading other reviews I was a little concerned because of my early flight time. But I didn't have to worry, it was easy to find and although the parking was very busy I found a space easily. The bus came within minutes and on returning the service was just as good. I was most impressed by the bus driver as he actually stopped to try and assist some passengers walking to a different car park, brilliant.
