LCS Meet and Greet Parking reviews

I agreed to have my car valeted when I handed the keys over on arrival. When I returned it took me 3 attempts to get someone to answer the phone(by which time I was at the pickup). It took a further 15 minutes to arrive with the car as apparently it had been 'blocked in'. I was then asked for cash (£25) to pay for the valet as I was told it could not be added to the card I used to book the parking. Not having any GBP I returned to the terminal and took £40 in cash (2x£20) from the ATM. On arrival back at the car I was told by the delivery driver that he had no change. A further trip to get change. All in all it took over 30 minutes from phone call to driving off with the vehicle. Not good enough for a 'drop off pick up' valet service. Sorry!

I pointed out when the car was dropped off that the wing mirrors operated electrically and that they hadn't to be operated by hand. On collection of the car everything seemed fine until my wife mentioned that the wing mirror was vibrating. On operating the switch the mirrors meshed back in. The mechanism is plastic and could have been damaged. Other wise we were more than happy with the service.

No problems at all. As requested, I phoned 20 minutes ahead of our arrival at Leeds Bradford airport. The driver gave clear instructions and was there when we arrived. On our return the driver was awaiting for us at the agreed point. No wait whatsoever - they must have been monitoring the flight arrival time. Great service - will use again.

Just as described, friendly as we phoned, waiting right outside the airport and the same on our return. Absolutely worth the extra few pounds rather than having to get a slightly cheaper car park and then getting a shuttle bus to the airport. We would definitely use this company again. Many thanks.

The service worked like clockwork. I called ahead 15 minutes prior to my arrival at the airport and was greeted on arrival, no problem. When we arrived back at just after midnight, we were waiting less than 5 minutes before my car was delivered back. Really good service and not that much more expensive than other options, definitely worth the money to make a hassle-free travel experience.

The people were very nice. Unfortunately upon my return my car had a huge scratch on the back driver side wheel arch. I asked them to look at it and they said it was old and nothing to do with them. This is not true, they said they would check their CCTV but they have not contacted me again. My car was not damaged when I dropped it off, but now I will have to pay to have it fixed. I will not use them again!!!

After paying the total amount, you're required to spend another £2 to get off the airport. Previously LCS M&G gave the £2. Now you have to pay.

From booking through to picking up my car after the holiday, there wasn't a hitch. The booking was simple, the instructions for use easy to follow (though maybe more info about exacly where to meet in the car park might be useful), the staff friendly and everything on time. Much less stressful than the shuttle bus when travlleing with children and the price was great.

Service 1st class met at airport for collection of car within minutes of arriving and again on returning back and phoning when we had got through baggage claim Staff very friendly and polite An absolute godsend when travelling with 2 young children Wouldn't hesitate to recommend using LCS to anybody
