No problems at all. Machine recognised my number plate, I obtained ticket from barrier, found a parking space straightaway and no problems on leaving the car park. I will definitely use again.

No problems from booking to return from holiday. Minutes from terminal, no steps or lifts to negotiate.

I booked 3 days parking in advance and paid £30.99 which l consider to represent good value for money. On this occasion l was delayed on the return flight and on attempting to exit the car park l was asked for an additional £30. I spoke to someone through the intercom to verify the additional charge as l thought it was excessive considering l had paid almost the same for 3 days and was basically told tough luck, you are being charged the day rate. As a regular user of this facility l was extremely disappointed with this approach not only to grab a quick buck but also the lack of customer service and flexibility.

The process of booking, arrival & access, parking and exit was ok and functional, without any problems. The signage for the location of the carpark could be a lot better, because it is by no means adequate. For the money paid a better service could be provided. Typical british business...take the money and give nothing in return !!!!!

I have parked here twice now and would recommend it to anyone using Liverpool airport. Excellent value for money, close walking distance to airport.

On arrival in the early hours we found the entry to the park easy and comfortable, we are neither good on our feet but I found a parking space quite easily and we negotiated the short walk to the Airport Terminal without problems. Very satisfied and will be using the fascility again.

Satisfatory experience. Available 3 hours before estimated time of arrival as standard (in fact staff told us there is 3 hours either way lee-way on times), which worked out well for us as we arrived a bit early. Didnt see any staff so cant comment on that.

The Ipark is the cheapest offer which I found. Airport is very close to park, actually 3 minutes by foot, so it is very important. The park has a good security which secure all night. Honestly I recommend Ipark.
