Easy to book and pay easy access to Liverpool airport,would use it again

Unable to exit automatically by swiping card. Had to call for assistance.

The internet site was easy to navigate. The process of booking was straightforward and quick. The staff were really helpful at the car park. The price was the best i could find and saved a lot of money compared with paying on the day. The carpark was also really near to airport (Liverpool).

The location was very convenient and the parking area was well lit, the booking/arrival/departure process was straightforward, and overall the parking offered good value for money.

Parking in the Long stay car park was such a convenient way for us to travel, Its very good value for money and we felt that the car was completly safe. It was nice not to have to get taxis or family members to take and pick us up from the airport. Would highly recommend it and would always use it in the future. Thank you.

The car park was near to the terminal. I had three young grandchildren which suited me. I cant complain , excellent.

Extremely convenient parking (just opposite the terminal) - finding a spot can prove lenghty but it is well worth it being a mere 5 mins walk away from the terminal(even with 2 young kids). I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone it's safe, secure and so simple.

First class service, huge savings compared to normal tariff. Only very minor niggle was finding a vacant space on arrival due to high volume of occupancy and rather narrow parking bays. All in all a service I would recommend and certainly use again.

The airport parking was excellent value for money and we will be using the services again very close to the airport and easy to use

Conveniently close to the terminal building and fantastically easy booking in and out. This was greatly appreciated when we arrive home late.

Online booking very easy and quick. I thought it expensive for just a few days parking, my sister paid the same for a week of parking at same Carpark. Close to airport, five minutes walk, but very full in car park which necessitated a long walk to the exit.

We experienced no issues at all with the parking - it went very smooth

Easy on line booking, just drove up to barrier with easy plate recognition entry, plenty spaces on far side of car park but still easy walk with 2 children to terminal, trolleys available too! Would defo recommend.

Even though I used the wrong reg number on my booking this was quickly sorted out & the whole process was very smooth

UPON LEAVING THE CAR PARK THE METER CAME UP WITH A BILL OF £65.00.ONCE AGAIN I HAD TO RING FOR ASSISTANCE TO GET OUT AND HOPEFULLY THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES

The car park was not 'opposite' the terminal as described. The parking instructions were far from adequate and in the end we simply parked where we guessed it should be parked. Fortunately we guessed correctly. There were no staff whatsoever to ask for help. Not a good experience.

Good value , used same car park twice in last 2 months as its close on airport site , only 5 mins walk to terminal, would use again !

When we arrived at the car park, they had no record of our booking at all. They said skyparksecure often didnt let them know of bookings. He told us to take a ticket and inform the security on exit. We did get in and out no problem, but it was a bit poor that they had no record!

I have used this service many times now, drove up and number plate recognised straight away, got my ticket and found a space straight away and off I went to the terminal which is literally a minutes walk. On return ticket into machine and off I go! Easy peasy!!
