Parking with Callerton for the first time and have no complaints. Helpful and friendly staff, with prompt pick up from airport on return. Was a very hot day and they even had the front windows open to keep the car interior as cool as possible. Will definately use again.

Probably due to dry weather and where car was parked but car was covered in bird mess and very very dirty / diusty. But other than that great service. Will use them again

Easy to find, easy to deal with. prompt and effective service througout.

The place is not the plushest of surroundings,but the service was exceptional.My car was taken away to be parked and we were taken to the Airport immediately,which is literally a 3 minute transfer.On returning from Holiday the transfer bus was waiting at the pickup point 50 yards from the terminal.Our vehicle was waiting just inside the entrance and ready to go.What more do you want? The price was the best found as well.The place looked like it is a farmer diversifying into the parking business, and the facilities are basically a toilet.Good luck to them.All holidaymakers care about is transfer times and the vehicle being in one piece on return.Excellent service.Would definitely use again.

Good service without the frills. Friendly staff with quick transfers, car park looked small and a bit scruffy. Mini bus was scruffy too but did not bother us. Quick and efficient at both ends, car was looked after sufficiently. Would use again, bargain.

Friendly and helpful staff, very quick transfers to the airport, with convenient drop off and pick up point close to the terminal entrance. Very good value for money.

I always use Callerton parking service and once again enjoyed an excellent transfer. My husband is disabled and the staff are always helpful and can't do enough to help. This makes a big difference to us and helps us to be able to travel abroad. We are encouraged to travel because of the excellent service which the staff at Callerton give. Have not been to this parking before. Seemed rather shoddy and we were to be honest worried about the parking of our car. When we got back there was a used parking ticket for the date of our return on the floor of our car. We think they used our car for a journey some where and are not pleased as they are supposed to be keeping our car in a secure car park and not using it for their business. We will not be coming back to this car park.

I paid 60 pounds for 2 weeks parking.I did a comparison,and for the same dates I would have been charged 33 pounds at manchester airport-a service I have used before.Why so much diference in prices?

Although staff were helpful they and the transfer bus were dirty. The seat belts didn't work and the seats were filthy.

We have used Callerton Parking for some time now (3 years) and found that their standards and value for money are good. There was only one occasion in all that time that we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the connection. I particularly liked the occasion when we had been in Tenerife in February!and returned to freezing temperatures here. When we collected our car the heater had been running and the car was lovely and warm. A nice touch!!

the parking was completely trouble free and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were ready to pick us at the airport before we even rang them up full marks.

Very friendly staff and punctual service on outward journey, surly driver on return journey. When I got home I noticed blue paint marks on side of my car which were not there before going on hols.

Seemed very cluttered upon arrival. Reception staff dancing to quite loud music. Unprofessional. Security not very good at all. It may have been cheap but you get what you pay for. I would not use Callerton Parking again.

The car was secure. I Experienced a streamline service at a good price. That's all you need.

No waiting around either outgoing or return journey, ideal after a long air journey. I would highly recommend this company & would use them again without hesitation

Easy to find, transfer to airport took literally a few minutes but we did have to wait a while on return. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints and would definitely use again.
