Another trip away and thanks to callerton car parks, stress free parking and pick, we use them every time and would recommend to everybody we know thanks again

Due to delays at the airport (passport control and collecting our luggage) we missed the bus,the driver dropped off his passengers and came straight back for us,he was friendly,courteous,helpful and a good driver 10/10

drive in, leave car, taken to airport, no problem, ring their number when you get back, wait no more than 5 mins, Easy.

Used these guys a few times, always courteous, friendly staff Transit to & from airport quick easy. Bus was already on the stand on our return. Car was second in line, ready to go. Recommend parking site.

The service was fine bit I wouldn't go there again due to the area in using resembling waste land. There were cars parked up on kerbs/under trees and on very rough ground. Wee half expected to find the car damaged on the underside. pay a little bit more and have your car parked on tarmac

we arrived early morning and were met by staff and details were given staff very helpful and friendly transfer to airport was good bus was heated up for our arrivel.when we arrived back to newcastle airport we phoned callerton and we were picked up in no time strongly recomend callerrton parking

Friendly staff, very efficient transfers and a fair price. However, my car was returned with a heavy covering a bird droppings. For this reason alone I will choose not to park here again.

Driver was very courteous, chatty and helpful. Would certainly book again if flying from Newcastle International Airport. Many thanks.

Best one yet car taken from you at door and returned to you on return , and bus was waiting at airport , would definately book caller ton again ( first class )

The minbus wasn't exactly 5 star but for what we paid it was all spot on. They looked after my car and certainly never went joy riding in it lol. Carpark is very close to the airport, a minibus took us there immediately and picked us up within 5 minutes of my phone call after clearing customs. Well worth the money paid, thank you very much.

On returning from holiday and wanting to get home as quickly as possible, the pick up from the airport was excellent - no waiting around.

Service is good very friendly pick up 2 airport and back 2 callerton parking was very punctual.Will be booking my car in again.

There was not a lot of space when we arrived, and this was a bit of a shock, very small site and as we drove into the car park it was deeply potholed, however, we parked outside the reception cabin and service was prompt and very professional, we were ferried to and from the airport very quickly - car was waiting for us when we arrived back. No frills but no problems either.

We would definately recommend this company. the staff were very helpful and polite and for the money paid was an excellent service provided.

Very punctual, no waiting around. Staff were there to meet us as we arrived back and no waiting to fill the minibus. Very friendly and packed all the luggage in and out of transport. Missed being offered a valet service as it's always nice to come back to a clean car . This would be a good earner on the side to boost revenue for Callerton for little outlay and as an opt in people are likely to do it as they're in holiday mode. Just an idea. Will use the car park again as it was the cheapest and the service was good.

No frills parking but does the job, good service for a very reasonable price. VERY short transfer. Overall, very good!!

Reception etc. very down at heel but the service has been excellent on both occasions I have used this car park. Quick transfers and quick to pick up from terminal. Friendly helpful staff too. Easy to find as well.
