The bus frequency was poor and not as advertised. This needs to be sharpened up. I use Manchester Airport alot and their service is way ahead of Prestwick's. Will seriously consider not using Prestwick again because of this issue.

I found the staff helpful and the service incredibly easy to book and use. The courtesy bus between the lot and the terminal was prompt and convenient, even upon our very late return from Stockholm. The parking lot was also well lit and felt safe.

The time awaiting pick up was very minimal which was great, especially on the return trip. The bus was easy to locate and just outside the terminal building. The car park itself was secure and the staff very helpful.

Car park was almost completely full, I parked in the last available space. If I was any later I would not have had a space even though I had pre-booked. Car park obviously overbooked. Not much help from staff re parking. Also, disclaimer on fence at gate stating any loss or damage to car parked in car park is at owner's risk and no liability to the car park owners. If this is the case then I will just park on the side of the road in future and save myself £40.

Car park 4 was not as close to the airport as I had thought - not within walking distance. Signing from Prestwick Airport to the car park was unclear. The Minibus was shabby and it would have had to make another run for us if I hadn't dropped off my passengers at the terminal first. Next time I'd park at a car park further away and save the extra £9. Pre-Booking in this instance didn't save much money from the normal car park charge but it made sure I had a space!
