Parking was incredibly easy, and only a minute from the front door of the terminal building. We arrived back late when the main reception had closed, but received first class service from on site supervision....Brilliant, we will definately use it again

Whilst the booking process was very simple, on arrival at the airport it is not clear what you have to do, and was not explained by the car park attendant on the other end of the intercom. I had to go to the information desk to establish that on my return from abroad, I had to re-attend the information desk to validate my parking ticket...6/10.

The car park is easy to use and well lit. There are plenty of spaces and it's just a short walk to the terminal building. The only downside of the whole experience is the sign posts for the airport from the South are not particularly good, but the airport itself is very good.

This was the first time we had used this car park online booking system and it will not be the last. It was very, very easy and efficient. We took our ticket to be endorsed on the way back and this took 30 seconds, then we were off to put the luggage into the car and away within a further 2 minutes. Very good service. The car park is right at the side of the airport and so was very self efficient.

We were lucky, we managed to park at the front. Could be quite a long walk for some at the back. Good surface and well lit. Baggage trolleys are the ones operated by a £1 coin so they do get returned to the correct place instead of just being abandoned.

At 3.30 AM when I arrived I didn't see any car parking staff, but I didn't need any, Car park was well lit and a good tarmac surface. No problem getting out on my return, just handed in my ticket and received my gate ticket, no queing or waiting. So as far I am concerned there was no problems at all.

Don't forget to have your letter or receipt from your e/mail booking 'stamped as paid' - when you land at customer service DO NOT try to exit without this as you will end up at the barrier without being able to exit!! you need the ticket activating..

There were no staff visible either on the outward or the return journey. Transfers were unnecessary as the car park was within walking distance of the terminal, CVar parking was expensive in comparison to other airports. I am flying from Birmingham in April and one weeks parking on airport is cheaper there than three days at Doncaster!

Parking at Robin Hood airport was a doddle...Indeed the best system I have ever used. Drive to the airport, park your car...cross the road to the departures. On return, get the card stamped...drive off...it could not have been made any easier...thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Thank you

Overall the parking service was excellent, very easy access to and from the terminal. No checking in just get your ticket from the automatic barrier and proceed to the terminal. On departure we had an attendant to check our ticket and confirmation. How easy is that. i would definatly use this service again.

This isn't really a complaint as to car parking facilities but more a general observation.I used sat nav to get to the airport and though I used the right postcode which was on the address for the airport I still ended up on a houiin estate 15 minutes drive away ... now thats not good. Maybe you should check this out with the post office or rates department at the council ... they allocate postcodes there Thankyou for taking the time to read this .

All except one occasion we have been extremely pleased with the way the staff have dealt with us. We have never experienced any delay in exiting the car park which is vitally important after a long day travelling. Will certainly continue to use this facility.

Our battery was flat when we got to the car. It was 11 at night so no one around to help. Came back the next day and the staff on the desk were very helpful. The security car park man took us to our car and jumped our car off with no trouble at all. Very helpful man, wish he had been on nights the night before! Would now recomend this car park to friends because of him. Please thank him again. It was Sunday 25th Feb afternoon. We were in a blue Subaru Impretsa

Easy booking and payment. No problem finding it and getting in. Well lit easy walk to airport terminal. On return straight back to car and took payment booking sheet to exit where pleasnt attendant came out of booth in pouring rain to take it off me and open the gate with a smile. Will always use this service again.

This car park was excellent as it is right next to the terminal building.

Brilliant; get the ticket on your way in. When you arrive home hand in the ticket at the information desk, and use it on your way out, could not be easier no messing quick and simple.

We missed our flight on the way home and ended up flying into a differennt airport. When we got to Doncaster to pick the cars up the staff were great, we even had a flat tire but the staff made sure we could get out ok as the ticket is only valid for a further 15minutes after being stamped.

Not the easiest airport to find!! It's in the middle of nowhere, but once you are there the car park is bang opposite the departures, no buses, no 6 mile walks, no hassle, was just fine.

The car park was very close to the terminal in easy walking distance; no hassle. There was loads of space in the summer this may be different but I doubt it as the park was very large to the size of the airport. Lighting and signs very good. Just show your confirmation at the info desk on your return and put the ticket in the barrier when you leave simplicity itself excellent. Will not hesitate to use it again.

We had no problems with this car park it is very secure and well laid out. it is also right next to the terminal so you dont need a transfer. We had no problems leaving our car there and we will use this airport/parking for all our flights (where possible!)
